    Sales Executive (Wholesale Cereals)

    Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive (Wholesale Cereals) with strong hands-on field sales experience within Kenya’s food and cereals distribution market. This is a performance-based role requiring strong territory management, distributor relationship building, data-driven tracking, and consistent achievement of aggressive monthly sales targets.

    The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven success selling directly to food distributors, supermarket chains, and HoReCa accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive wholesale cereals sales within assigned Nairobi and surrounding territories.
    • Achieve and exceed a minimum monthly sales target of Ksh. 1,000,000.
    • Identify, onboard, and grow new wholesale accounts and distribution partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with: Food distributors, Supermarket procurement teams and Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HoReCa) buyers.
    • Expand product visibility and market penetration.
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
    • Manage and grow assigned territory independently.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and mobile sales reporting.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Track pipeline performance and implement corrective strategies where necessary.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Agribusiness and Food Science.
    • Professional certifications in Sales or Supply Chain Management are acceptable.
    • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on field sales experience in FMCG / Food Products (Mandatory).
    • Experience managing wholesale cereals accounts is highly preferred.
    • Direct selling experience to: Food distributors, Supermarket chains and HoReCa accounts.
    • Demonstrated experience in: Growing territory sales, independently managing sales pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets. 
    • Strong understanding of Kenya’s cereals and wholesale food distribution network.
    • Computer literacy and CRM system usage is mandatory.
    • Valid driving license or reliable mobility is an added advantage.

    Sales Executive (Real Estate)

    Our client, a growing real estate company based in Ruiru - Kamakis, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Executive to support property sales and lead generation.

    The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales, strong digital marketing skills, and an active social media presence capable of promoting property listings and attracting potential buyers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and market real estate properties to potential buyers.
    • Generate leads through online platforms and personal networks.
    • Use social media platforms, especially Facebook, to market property listings.
    • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on available properties.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
    • Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into buyers.
    • Maintain an updated database of clients and sales prospects.
    • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sales.
    • Must be highly active on social media, with at least 2,000 Facebook followers.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
    • Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of the Ruiru / Kamakis property market is an added advantage.
    • Excellent sales and persuasion skills.
    • Strong digital marketing and social media engagement ability.
    • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
    • High level of motivation and resilience.
