    Graphic Designer

    Produces visual content, promotional materials, and digital graphics across print and online channels to build brand identity and support marketing campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Design flyers, posters, brochures, banners, product catalogs, packaging, and branded merchandise.
    • Create graphics and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and basic video presentations.
    • Maintain company brand guidelines across all external and internal communications.
    • Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate directly with print suppliers.
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to produce campaign assets on schedule.

    Requirements

    • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication.
    • Practical experience in graphic design backed by a strong project portfolio.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or Canva.
    • Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
    • High attention to detail, visual sense, and ability to manage multiple assignments.

    Sales & Marketing Director

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
    • Drive sales strategies across corporate, conference, events, leisure, and group channels.
    • Lead sales, marketing, PR, and revenue management teams.
    • Build and manage key corporate accounts, agency relationships, and strategic partnerships.
    • Maximize revenue across 16 conference and banquet halls through active pipeline management.
    • Set team sales targets, conversion expectations, and activity standards.
    • Partner with Revenue Management on pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting.
    • Coordinate with F&B and Operations to execute events and banquet packages seamlessly.
    • Oversee brand positioning, social media, PR, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor competitor trends, campaign performance, and sales conversions.
    • Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly commercial reports.
    • Manage client contracts, credit terms, and follow up on receivables with Finance.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
    • 5-8 years of hotel sales and marketing experience in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record in corporate sales, events, and revenue growth.
    • Strong skills in negotiation, networking, forecasting, and team management.
    • Solid grasp of hotel revenue management, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
    • Experience in a large, conference-heavy hotel environment preferred.

    Saloon Car Driver

    The position primarily involves operation of saloon cars and light company vehicles. The driver must have hands-on experience handling these vehicles safely and efficiently in both urban and upcountry routes.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive company salon cars safely and professionally.
    • Transport staff, clients, and official documents on schedule.
    • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.
    • Report mechanical problems and maintenance needs immediately.
    • Keep the vehicle clean, serviced, and fully roadworthy.
    • Obey traffic laws, driving policies, and safety rules.
    • Track trip logs, mileage details, and fuel usage.
    • Maintain passenger comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
    • Assist with minor administrative tasks and deliveries.

    Requirements

    • Valid driver's license and KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a compan or executive driver.
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
    • Age 25 years and older. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety rules.
    • Clean personal appearance and professional conduct.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
    • Physically fit and flexible to work long hours when needed.
