    Sales Executive

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new accounts. This role involves field prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals with food service buyers to ensure the company becomes their preferred produce supplies

    Job Description

    • Proactively identify and approach potential clients within the region and nationally.
    • Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and delivery schedules in line with company policies.
    • Promote the full product portfolio with strong product knowledge.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline eg. from hotels, restaurants.
    • Monitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met.
    • Generate sales, gather sales leads, and manage existing accounts by visiting clients, presenting products, and doing courtesy visits.
    • Market research and develop strategies for market penetration and prospecting potential clients.
    • Conduct client visits, presentations to showcase product quality and service reliability.
    • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to improve offerings.
    • Maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
    • Expanding the market reach.
    • Prepare and share weekly reports on pipeline and performance

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in fresh produce, FMCG, or agrisme's sectors.
    • Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.
    • Knowledge of fruits and vegetables market trends, pricing, and distribution.
    • Knowledge of the fresh produce market and supply chain is a must.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.

    Tax Senior

    • We are seeking a Tax Senior to deliver high-quality tax compliance, advisory, and dispute support services to our clients. The role involves preparing and reviewing tax filings, advising on Kenyan tax legislation, supporting KRA audits and disputes, and building strong client relationships, while upholding the firm’s professional and quality standards.

    Job Description

    • Prepare and review tax returns including Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, and Turnover Tax.
    • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns through iTax.
    • Monitor tax compliance calendars and statutory deadlines for assigned clients.
    • Support tax advisory and planning assignments, including transaction and restructuring advice.
    • Research and interpret Kenyan tax laws and regulatory changes and advise clients accordingly.
    • Represent and support clients during KRA audits, assessments, objections, and appeals.
    • Maintain high standards of documentation, ethics, and risk management.
    • Serve as a key client contact on tax matters and identify opportunities for additional services.
    • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development initiatives.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
    • KESRA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
    • Over 4 years’ experience in tax within a professional services firm (Tax, Law, Accounting or Audit.
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, regulations, and the iTax system.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-management skills.

    HR Intern

    Job Description

    • HR Administration: Maintain and update accurate employee records.
    • Recruitment Coordination: Post job ads, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, and assist with background checks.
    • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare employment contracts and offer letters; facilitate new hire orientation sessions and exit interviews.
    • Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave.
    • Payroll Preparation: Support the payroll team by collating timesheets, leave balances, and variable pay inputs.
    • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with enrollment questions and liaise with benefits vendors as needed.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
    • Working towards or hold CHRP designation (Certified Human Resources Professional) is an asset
    • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (internship experience counts).
