    Senior Account Executive

    We are seeking for a dynamic and self -driven experienced Senior Account Executive to manage our key accounts. In this role, you will build and maintain a sales pipeline with a high conversation rate, attend sales meetings to provide progress updates and research on industry trends. You should also be able to identify new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals. You need strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market trends to be successful in this role. Additionally, as a Senior Account Executive, you should be adept at analyzing sales performance metrics, negotiating contracts and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all times

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Present Silensec company to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and proactively seek new business opportunities.
    • Become a trusted advisor to the managed accounts and new prospects.
    • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the managed accounts and derive increased revenue per client account.
    • Build and maintain successful relationships within the channel eco-system - Clients, Distributors and Vendors.
    • Gather market information to assist in planning and decision making.
    • Monitor, analyze and review customer retention data and use findings to improve prospect targeting and conversion to customers.
    • Generate sales opportunities across different vendor technologies that impact the client environment.
    • Engagements with CxO’s and departmental heads to showcase value proposition of Silensec Solutions.
    • Online engagements through webinars and POC’s that enables showcase the different technologies.
    • Position Silensec Value Proposition to our Corporate clients seeking consultancy services for their IT infrastructure.
    • Develop Annual Strategic Key Account Plans and Account Mapping, and technology forecasting.
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
    • Share updated sales reports on Pipedrive in a timely manner.

    Skills, Experience and Certifications:

    • Proven successful experience in a senior sales role.
    • Proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions and services for over 5 years
    • Robust network of contacts
    • Proven experience in working with leading security vendors/resellers
    • Proven experience in selling complex cyber security services solutions and professional services
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Outstanding persuasion, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate people.
    • Management experience, including ability to manage multiple projects and achieve sales quotas.
    • Proven ability to position products and services against competitors
    • Knowledge of competitor research and market trend analysis.
    • Ability to show customers and other client stakeholders the company's value proposition.
    • Government clearance.

    SOC Analyst Level 2

    The SOC Analyst Level 2 is responsible for the advanced analysis and investigation of security incidents, providing guidance to Level 1 analysts, and assisting in the development and implementation of security controls and measures. This role plays a critical part in the detection and mitigation of security threats.

    This position also involves working within a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) environment, where you will manage security operations for multiple clients across various industries. You will be required to adapt to different client environments, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and prioritize incidents effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Incident Analysis and Response:

    • Investigate escalated security incidents from L1 analysts.
    • Perform detailed analysis of logs, alerts, and incidents using SIEM tools and other monitoring solutions.
    • Coordinate and execute containment, eradication, and recovery measures for identified threats.
    • Document and report findings, including root cause analysis and recommendations for prevention.
    • Participate in SOC shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Threat Hunting:

    • Proactively search for signs of potential threats and vulnerabilities in the environment.
    • Develop hypotheses for threat scenarios and test them using available tools and data.

    Tool and Process Optimization:

    • Fine-tune and configure SOC tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) for optimal performance.
    • Work with threat intelligence feeds to enhance detection capabilities.

    Collaboration and Escalation:

    • Collaborate with L3 analysts and other teams for complex investigations or escalations.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to L1 analysts for skill development and efficiency.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, processes, and investigations.
    • Generate regular reports for management on security posture, metrics, and incident trends.

    Security Improvement Initiatives:

    • Participate in post-incident reviews and recommend changes to policies, procedures, or configurations.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of SOC playbooks.
    • Participate in SOC shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    People Skills:

    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing guidance and mentorship to Level 1 analysts.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external parties, ensuring clear understanding and documentation of security incidents and actions taken.
    • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team environment.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient incident response and mitigation efforts.
    • Show strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a security operations or similar role.
    • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and best practices.
    • Hands on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).
    • SIEM Tools such as – Wazuh, ELK, OpenSource SOAR •
