    Process Operations Supervisor- Tigoni

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and schedule production based on sales, demand forecasts, and data insights to ensure product availability and minimize shortages.
    • Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
    • Implement Kaizen projects targeting waste reduction, yield improvement, and COGS optimisation.
    • Coordinate raw material procurement, stock levels, and process planning tied to forecasted demand.
    • Provide weekly and monthly variance reports with recommendations for the GM.
    • Manage COGS within monthly budgets, ensuring no overspend.
    • Manage the production planning to ensure no short supply or overstock leading to cash tied up in stock.
    • Train staff in Kaizen and data-driven problem-solving techniques, embedding a culture of waste reduction and efficiency.
    • Implement structured training calendars for efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.
    • Use AI and digital tools for demand forecasting, production planning, and dispatch optimisation.
    • Supervise and motivate a cross-functional operational team (production staff, stores dispatch).

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • 7–10 years’ experience in process operations, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
    • Proven ability to manage production teams and align operations with demand planning.
    • Strong understanding of Kaizen, operational excellence, waste reduction, yield optimisation, conversion economics, and COGS management.
    • Highly skilled in operations data collection, forecasting, production planning, and cost control.
    • Demonstrated ability to prevent shortages and improve product availability.
    • Proficient in, Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent preferred).
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of food manufacturing, quality assurance, and safety standards preferred

    Group Learning and Performance Manager – Nairobi

    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing new Learning & Development and Performance Management initiatives across the organization’s portfolio of companies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Learning & Development: Spearheaded the development of a new L&D system, including drafting a comprehensive policy and procedures manual, and redesigning both companywide and technical training content for rollout by HR and Farm Managers.
    • Performance Management: Established a new performance management framework by creating a policy and procedures manual, and leading the companywide rollout and socialization of the system to ensure alignment and adoption.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Strong expertise in Learning & Development, with proven leadership of L&D functions.
    • Solid experience in Performance and Project Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a corporate environment, ideally within organizations of 2,000+ employees.
    • Prior experience in the agriculture sector is an added advantage.
    • Excellent written communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Highly organized, self-confident, and conscientious, with strong task-prioritization skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives.
    • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to farm sites as required.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism in all responsibilities.

    Investment Research Analyst – Nairobi

    The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, financial modeling, and analysis to support investment decisions across various asset classes. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and valuation techniques.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Conduct fundamental research and analysis on companies, industries, and economic trends.
    • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
    • Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and industry data to identify investment risks and opportunities.
    • Monitor and assess current portfolio holdings and provide updates on performance and market conditions.
    • Stay up to date with market developments, geopolitical events, and other factors impacting investment decisions.

    • 2+ years of experience in investment research, equity analysis, or a related financial role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for financial markets.
