    Food & Beverage Director- Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team; nurture a motivated and ownership-driven culture aligned with the brand.
    • Create and implement strategic plans to drive outlet performance, align with revenue targets, and enhance market positioning
    • Manage all F&B operations within budget and to the highest standards, including rostering, customer service, catering for groups
    • Design and continuously improve menus together with the Executive Chef, using fresh local ingredients, evaluate changing demands, and align with market trends.
    • Source and procure ingredients within budget, maintain supplier relationships, and oversee purchase orders and payments.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations; conduct inspections, manage risks, and oversee facilities, equipment, and utilities.
    • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, costing, invoicing, salaries, and monitor revenue/expenditure against targets.
    • Work with the marketing team to create dining offers, grow market share, and develop annual operating plans aligned with company strategy.
    • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and sustain business growth.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in F&B management, hotel management or in a related field
    • A minimum of 8 years of F&B Management experience
    • Proven experience in managing a large F&B team
    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
    • Very strong communication and leadership skills
    • Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
    • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
    • Guest oriented and service minded
    • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, Point of Sale ‘POS’)
    • Experience working in a trendy and stylish establishment.
    • Have the creativity to craft refined and innovative concepts, tailored to elevate each outlet’s distinct identity

    Sales Representative- Nairobi

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Identify and map out potential feed manufacturers and other key customers within the assigned territory.
    • Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for feed additives as set by the Sales Manager.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, technical staff, and decision-makers at feed mills and key accounts.
    • Handle technical selling and provide product education to customers, addressing product performance queries and offering after-sales support.
    • Support payment collections from credit customers and flag any delayed payments or risks to the Sales Manager.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
    • Have 2-4 years of sales experience in animal feed, feed additives, or agricultural inputs.
    • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
    • A self-starter, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Have strong organizational and reporting skills.
    • Previous experience in technical selling or working with feed mills will be an added advantage

    Sales Representative- Nakuru

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, supporting distributor operations, managing customer relationships, and increasing product visibility across the region.

    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Actively drive product demand and pull-through from assigned distributors by engaging agrovets, stockists, and farmers.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing product education and basic after-sales support.
    • Monitor distributor stock levels, ensuring optimal stock movement while avoiding stock-outs or overstocking.
    • Support payment collections from credit customers, highlighting any payment delays or risks to the Sales Manager.
    • Gather and report market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
    • Execute promotional campaigns, activations, and represent the company during field days, exhibitions, and distributor-led events.

    Key Qualifications

    • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
    • Atleast 4 years of field sales experience, preferably within agriculture, animal health, or FMCG sectors.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Familiar with the Rift Valley region and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
    • Good organizational and reporting skills.
