Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable bakery, café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty dessert establishment.
• Strong expertise in pastry production, artisan baking, chocolate work, cake decoration, and dessert presentation.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards (certification is an added advantage).

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Electronics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
• Practical experience working with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Delta), motor controllers, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment reliability skills.
