• The position holder will support revenue growth and operational excellence in our Driving School Department. He/she will analyze performance data, track revenue targets, manage payments and reconciliations, and ensure smooth administrative operations across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on departmental performance (revenue, student success rates, vehicle utilization)
• Conduct financial and data reconciliations for projects and payments.
• Manage E-Agent and bulk payments for special projects, including PDL, TDB, and IDL transactions in TIMS accounts.
• Provide timely administrative and operational support to branches and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NTSA and other authorities.
• Maintain accurate data, records, and vehicle inventory.
• Conduct market research and recommend product or service improvements.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, finance or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and statistical software (SPSS)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role, with 1 year of data analysis experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and prepare actionable reports.
