    Porter

    Job Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.

    • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome to our establishment
    • Handle luggage and belongings with care, ensuring proper storage and timely delivery to guest rooms
    • Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options in Nairobi
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
    • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
    • Assist with special events or conferences by setting up equipment and materials
    • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or a related field

    Front Desk Agent

    Job Description

    We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

    • Welcome and check-in guests, assigning rooms and issuing key cards
    • Process check-outs, including resolving any late or disputed charges
    • Handle various payment types, including cash, checks, credit cards, and room charges
    • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
    • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
    • Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities
