    Brand Marketing- Lead Non-Alcoholic Beverages

    Key Responsibilities

    • Category Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with growth targets.
    • Identify category and channel opportunities (e.g., wellness, on-the-go, pack innovation).
    • Turn consumer and shopper insights into actionable brand and trade initiatives.
    • Brand Management & Communication
    • Lead brand positioning and communication for existing and new products.
    • Execute ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to build preference and differentiation.
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Trade & Channel Activation
    • Develop and execute trade marketing and in-store activation plans.
    • Collaborate with Sales and RTM teams to enhance visibility across GT, MT, and HoReCa.
    • Track and optimize trade activation ROI.
    • Innovation & Portfolio Development
    • Support innovation and NPD from concept to launch.
    • Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales for successful product rollouts.
    • Identify opportunities for category expansion (e.g., hydration, energy, or functional drinks).
    • Data & Performance Management
    • Track brand health, market share, and performance KPIs.
    • Use insights to guide portfolio and investment decisions.
    • Present quarterly performance and business reviews.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; CIM or MBA preferred.

    Experience:

    • 5–8 years in FMCG marketing, including 3+ years in non-alcoholic beverages (juices, water, or soft drinks).
    • Skilled in competitor tracking, ABL/BTL campaign support, customer complaint handling, and market intelligence.
    • Proven success in brand and trade marketing in a competitive FMCG environment.
    • Strong understanding of Kenyan and East African trade channels.
    • Excellent analytical, commercial, and execution capabilities.
    • Experience with digital marketing, influencer campaigns, or experiential activations.
    • Familiarity with SAP (S4HANA), BI tools, or marketing analytics systems.

    Sales Executive(Bonded& Unbonded Warehouse)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promote and sell the company’s bonded and unbonded warehouse services to new and existing clients.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets as assigned.
    • Identify new clients and business opportunities within the logistics and warehousing sector.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and reports.
    • Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product performance, and market conditions.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight sales, preferably in bonded or unbonded warehouse operations (experience in this area is a MUST).
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    Terminal Manager(Logistics, Shipping &CFS)

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Conduct effective resource planning and allocation to ensure all areas are adequately staffed and equipped.
    • Coordinate with the appointed Transport team to allocate trucks required for container transfer to NICT.
    • Plan terminal operations activities to ensure organized stacking, cleanliness, seal audits, seamless verification operations per industry standards.
    • Implement daily operations reports and monitor consistency in execution, taking corrective action as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate records of all activities, particularly those involving third parties such as KPA, KRA and NICT Customers.
    • Supervise operations teams to facilitate smooth information flow and service delivery.
    • Ensure high standards of safety in NICT operations be it labor, equipment, third-party service providers etc.
    • Ensure compliance to KRA, KPA, Shipping lines documentation and cargo movement processes.
    • Ensure that cargo is released with valid delivery orders, clients and customs documents.
    • Execute any other duties reasonably assigned by Management from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Shipping and Port Management, Business Administration or Management, Transport or Maritime Studies or a related field.
    • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in logistics, shipping, or terminal operations.
    • At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a CFS, port, or warehouse environment.
    • Proven experience in Container handling and storage operations, Customs clearance procedures,Coordination with KPA, KRA, shipping lines, and transporters, Inventory control and documentation systems.
    • Strong knowledge of Cargo documentation, CFS yard planning and cargo flow management, Safety and compliance regulations, Fleet and equipment utilization (reach stackers, forklifts)
    • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Labeling Operator (Beverage Plant)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor labeling machines during production.
    • Ensure correct labels are loaded and applied as per product specifications.
    • Conduct quality checks on label placement, accuracy, and legibility.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of labeling equipment.
    • Maintain records of production output, downtime, and label usage.
    • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and GMP standards at all times.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
    • 1–2 years’ experience in packaging/labeling machine operations in the beverage industry.
    • Knowledge of labeling equipment and basic maintenance skills.
