    Van Salesman

    Location: Eastern, Mountain AND Coast Region

    Job Description

    Our client in the FMCG Industry is currently looking to hire van salesman to join their team.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver volume, coverage and sales fundamentals targets
    • Deliver product on a regular basis determined by a delivery plan and set route to a specific set of customers within the agreed window of time.
    • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers
    • Maintain the highest standard of service by maintaining the required supply of stock to ensure a 100% service level with no ‘stock outs’ (Including Merchandising Plano-gram / counting stock / replenish / collect Sale or Return products) to the highest standard.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, promotions, new product listings and product de-lists.
    • Provide information and feedback to the Van Sales Supervisor, on Customer requirements and competitor activity on your route
    • Accountable For:-
    • The goods loaded into the back of your van and for accountable for stock take purposes.
    • Targets of the month (volume, distribution)
    • Bad debts
    • The correct use of and maintenance of all equipment supplied by the company.
    • Completing all of the “end day” tasks

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing
    • Minimum of 3 year in van sales in Dairy or FMCG Industry
    • MUST have a valid Driving License –Class BCE
    • Good understanding of basic computer skills
    • Demonstrable customer service skills/relationship building

    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Job Description

    Our client in a well-known real estate industry is looking to recruit a dedicated sales executive to join their dedicated team in pursuit of attaining both career and organizational goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent the company at the designated sites.
    • Source New business for the company.
    • Sale and rent properties the company property listings.
    • Submit monthly reports to management.
    • Market the company products to potential clients.
    • Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
    • Ensure there is enough property in the company’s portfolio.
    • Meet various property owners and developers on behalf of the company in order to obtain their property for development, joint ventures, management and sale by the company.
    • Sell and rent properties in the company property listings.
    • Market the property to clients for rental in order to ensure that all properties are occupied.
    • Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
    • Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention.
    • Push for sales/letting of property within the company portfolio
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business with a specialization in sales and marketing
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales.
    • Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills. Must be a relationship builder.
    • Experience working in the real estate industry

    Accountant

    Job Description

    Our client is seeking to recruit Accountant to join their dedicated team

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
    • Prepare budget and financial forecasts.
    • Publish financial statements in time.
    • Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
    • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
    • Determines payroll requirements; maintains payroll data; prepares and processes
      monthly payrolls.
    • File all statutory deductions-PAYE, NHIF & NSSF
    • Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
    • Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, Bank reconciliation and other accounting documents.
    • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
    • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s
      automated financial systems.
    • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Accounting experience and not less than 2 years Construction Industry 
    • CPA-K,Degree is an added advantage
    • Excellent working knowledge of Sage
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
