As a candidate for this role, you must be passionate about UX design and development. You must be experienced in delivering large scale web based UI solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• 3 years of object oriented programming using C++, C# or Java
• 2 years of desktop and web application development

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Web based UI development, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• HTML and JavaScript development
• Design and development of RESTful web service
• Building web based UI controls
• Strong software design and development skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Ability to drive technical investigations and prototyping in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• This person will lead a team that will be involved in design, development and operational aspect of WAC, Azure Host OS Deployment, Servicing and DRI.
• Co-ordinate with the PMs and software engineering leads for the project assignment, execution and delivery.
• Responsible for design and development of different features of WAC, Host OS Deployment and Servicing platforms.
• Be involved in coding, code review, solving complex technical problems.
• Performance management of software engineers that are reporting to the lead.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in developing software at the system level.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in managing a large software engineering team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (in English) skills.
• Design and development of complex software systems.
• Design and development of distributed systems.
• Excellent hands on problem-solving skills using C++/C#/Java.
• Excellent understanding and practical experience in application security involving distributed systems.
