    Stores Supervisor - Dispatch

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensures all dispatch equipment are maintained and in operational condition
    • Meets store operational standards by contributing store information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying store system improvements.
    • Meets stores financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
    • Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved from stores; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
    • Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
    • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
    • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
    • Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.
    • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of materials, based on customer demand
    • Focusing on improving and documenting daily activity for Dispatch Operations
    • Implements schedule or policy changes for transportation services
    • Identifies or selects transportation and communications system technologies to reduce costs or environmental impacts
    • Develops or implements plans to improve transportation services.
    • Planning, organizing, or managing the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
    • Collaborate with other managers and staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, or objectives
    • Monitoring operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies and government regulations
    • Monitoring spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets

    Quality Controller

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
    • Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
    • Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
    • Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
    • Waterproofing checking underground level and in wet areas in the building.
    • Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
    • Finishing work checking in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block, plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling and light fittings.
    • Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
    • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

    • Must have worked in a food processing industry (milk,water,juice etc.)

    Technical Operators

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for preparing notes, making reports and drawing suitable sketched and diagrams using geographical maps or cross sections.
    • Responsible for reading and studying reports so as to compile data and information for geographical or geophysical prospects.
    • Responsible for planning and directing activities of the workers who are responsible for operating equipments to collect data.
    • Responsible for operating and adjusting equipments or other apparatus to obtain required data.
    • Required to interview trainees or new applicants and conduct researches on public database so as to obtain suitable and required information on work related topics.
    • Responsible for preparing and attaching packing instructions to the shipping containers.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Use a variety of equipment and machines, such as digital audio workstations, attenuators, equalizers, and multi-meters during the sound recording process.
    • Blending recorded clips of vocals and instruments to achieve a certain sound
    • Focus on how sound effects and music line up with visual cues, for movie or television projects.

    • Using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software;
