    Digital Marketing Agent

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Day-to-day marketing activities such as market research, content creation, website and social media management.
    • Developing marketing strategies, customer/client retention, and excelling in sales and customer service.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Work closely with the team to ensure effective marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
    • Generating high Quality creative Content for company blog and social media pages.
    • Build Brand Awareness and sustainability; Engaging with online audiences.
    • Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in market research and analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability in digital sales and marketing strategies.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably e-commerce industry.
    • Proficiency in Marketing and Designing software(s), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
    • Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Must have attained B+ and above in their KCSE.
    • Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday)
    • Family or Personal Business Experience is a plus.

    Computing Products Merchandiser - Agent

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement the Computing Products category by executing relevant  strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit targets in Computers and computer-related products.
    • Monitoring and Adjusting Market Dynamics (Customer preferences, industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations).
    • Computing Line products catalog and products content (Specifications); Manage computing product assortment (planning, selection, and optimization).
    • Conduct regular performance reviews of computing product categories to ensure customer quality expectations and trends-conscious, monitoring competitor Computing products and pricing to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
    • Oversight of Computing Products’ pricing policy and its enforcement
    • Developing exit strategies for unsuccessful computing products and revitalizing dormant computing products.
    • Computing Products information and quality assurance; Devising long-term development strategies for computing products category.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, ICT, or a related technological field.
    • Proven Experience in product(s) category development or related roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability with Computing Products.
    • Proficiency in using category management software and tools.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong communication, management, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong customer service and  customer care skills.
    • Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).

    Customer Service Agent

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve clients on all modes of engagement e-messages, calls, social media, and face to face.
    • Generate and close sales leads.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information promptly to clients as their guide through the purchasing process.
    • Initiate the fulfillment process upon payment and keep clients informed and engaged on the progress of their orders.
    • Respond to all requests for quotation sent through all modes of engagement.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Stay up-to-date on Product knowledge and seek expert opinion from Merchandisers when you are unfamiliar with a customer’s product request.
    • Ensure clients’ issues and complaints are addressed speedily and effectively.
    • Handle after-sale-related queries such as warranty and post-sale feedback.
    • Meet personal and team sales targets; Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.
    • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
    • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
    • Embody and display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
    • Ensure accurate daily and weekly reports are submitted to the Customer Service Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong customer service and customer care skills.
    • Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
