    Office Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing draft correspondences;
    • Maintaining office diary and protocol;
    • Handling telephone calls and appointments;
    • Recording dictation in shorthand form;
    • Ensuring security of office records, documents and equipment;
    • Attending to visitors/clients;
    • Planning and scheduling of meetings;
    • Supervising Office Administrative staff; and
    • Managing office petty cash.

    Qualifications

    • Served satisfactorily for a minimum period of three (3) years in the grade of Senior Assistant Office Administrator or in a comparable position in a reputable institution;
    • A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
    • A Diploma in Secretarial Services from the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
    • Computer literacy

    Supply Chain Management

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing for goods, works and services as per the procurement law;
    • Raising purchase orders for goods and services for approval;
    • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
    • Maintaining and updating a list of prequalified suppliers;
    • Undertaking market surveys to ensure the authority obtains value for money;
    • Ensuring safe custody of all procurements records; and
    • Participating in the opening quotations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Procurement and Supply Chain Management;
    • Purchasing and Supplies Management; Supply Chain Management; Procurement and Contract Management; Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Procurement and Logistics Management or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
    • Membership to the Kenya Institute of Supply Management (KISM) or Certified Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS); and
    • Computer Literacy skills.

    Accounts Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing voucher and other committal documents in accordance with the laid down procedures and regulations;
    • Assist in the preparation of invoices
    • Preparation of simple financial reports
    • Undertaking primary data entry

    Qualifications

    • Monitoring deadlines for vehicle insurance;
    • Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicles system;

    Qualifications

    • Valid driving license free from endorsements;
    • Trade Test for Drivers Grade III;
    • Passed suitability test for drivers;
    • First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) week from a recognized institution

    Qualifications

    • KCSE D+ or equivalent from a recognised institution;
    • Valid driving license free from endorsements;
    • Trade Test for Drivers Grade II and III;
    • Passed suitability test for drivers;
    • First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) week from a recognized institution; and
    • Defensive Driving lasting not less than one (1) week from a recognized institution.
