    P1 Teacher

    Job Description

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the CBC curriculum.
    • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learner-centered activities.
    • Assess learners continuously using CBC assessment tools and maintain accurate records.
    • Support learners’ holistic development including talents, values, and life skills.
    • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
    • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on learner progress.
    • Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and co-curricular programs.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma in Primary Education (P1) from a recognized institution.
    • TSC registration (mandatory).
    • At least 1 year and above teaching experience.
    • Sound understanding and experience in implementing CBC.
    • Ability to apply learner-centered teaching approaches.
    • Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to learners’ development.
