    Marketing and E-Commerce Manager

    We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Marketing and E-Commerce Manager who is passionate about hospitality, branding, and digital innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to executing campaigns, managing online platforms, and growing brand visibility. You should have a solid grasp of digital marketing tools, a flair for content creation, and the ability to drive online bookings and customer engagement across various channels.

    What you will be doing:

    • Develop and implement the hotel’s annual digital marketing strategy and budget, covering all relevant channels.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B, and Corporate Marketing) to contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
    • Design and execute comprehensive quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for both direct and third-party platforms.
    • Manage all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships, and Metasearch.
    • Monitor and report on performance across digital channels, analyzing key KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making.
    • Oversee content production and ensure brand-consistent presence across key social media platforms relevant to target markets.
    • Lead CRM strategy and manage third-party email marketing tools in coordination with hotel departments and in line with corporate guidelines.
    • Support revenue optimization by monitoring rate parity and pricing integrity across all online distribution channels.
    • Support awareness and engagement of Accor’s loyalty program (ALL – Accor Live Limitless) through digital campaigns, guest communications, and targeted messaging across appropriate channels.
    • Ensure optimal visibility, content accuracy, and conversion performance across OTA platforms.
    • Manage and enhance the hotel's online reputation across review sites and social platforms.
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to maintain digital leadership within the hotel’s comp set.
    • Identify digital trends and insights, adapting strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with digital agencies and external vendors.
    • Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce, preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language(s) a plus.
    • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, analytics, and platforms.
    • Proficiency in content marketing, CRM, paid advertising, and social media management.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Data-driven, analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

    Financial Controller

    Job Description

    • Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department.
    • Analyse financial outlooks and prepare financial forecasts.
    • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
    • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
    • Maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
    • Operating as Business Partner with Hotel Leadership team to achieve Financial Performance of the Hotel and F&B venues.
    • Directly accountable for all financial information sent to the General Manager, Accor and Owners in regard to presentation, accuracy and detail.
    • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of all financial systems within the hotel, while providing strategic leadership and direction to the Finance department.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in Finance or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • MBA or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
    • Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
    • Hospitality Experience is mandatory.

    Pastry Chef

    Job Description

    • Assist the Executive Chef in the full operation of all kitchen units.
    • Is responsible for the cost, quality, hygiene, taste, presentation of all types of food produced in or purchased by the facility and the customer satisfaction related to these.
    • Identify the work methods and cooking standards and ensure that these are applied to ensure that food is prepared in a quality manner and that personnel work efficiently.
    • Work in a coordinated manner with all section chefs and instruct them as needed.
    • Personally control that the presentation and quality of food prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner is in accordance with the standards.
    • Prepare the list of materials to be purchased, place their orders on the system and check the meat, fish and vegetables that are purchased
    • Control the daily provision vouchers and accelerate the circulation of slow-moving supplies.
    • Check the cooling systems of food storages and ensure that food is used according to the first in, first out principle.
    • Plan food production in accordance with the stages identified by the Executive Chef.
    •  Control the current status of raw foods and provisions as well as the way that excess food is used, prevent food from spoiling, use excess food in an efficient manner, and control the portions of food.
    • Is responsible for preparing standard recipes for all foods produced in order to brand standards.
    • Continuously monitor that the personnel working in the department comply with personal hygiene rules.
    • Ensure that the records needed for the food safety system are kept regularly.
    • Check all of the storage houses at the beginning of work and ensure that they are orderly, deliver old products to production, and make sure that the remaining food is made use of.
    • Check the menu and inform and warn personnel of any missing or problematic products so that the same situation does not re-occur.
    • Deliver trainings to food production personnel about menu preparation, product recipes and food costs etc. 
    • Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facility.
    • Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

    Qualifications

    • At least a high school or equivalent diploma.
    • Extensive practical and managerial experience related to the processes in the respective department (at least 5 years).
    • To be able to communicate in English.
    • Basic computer applications.
    •  Has excellent command of all products and cooking techniques in the related field and is responsible for business development. Has advanced knowledge of the other kitchen sections and processes. Has knowledge of local or international cuisine.
