    HR Assistant

    We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our Regional HR Administrator in delivering seamless HR operations across multiple regions. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, employee records, learning tracking, wellness initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support recruitment and onboarding processes across regions.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and update the HRIS.
    • Track learning and development initiatives and collaborate with managers.
    • Assist in wellness, engagement, and company culture programs.
    • Support compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
    • Provide administrative support for employee relations, performance management, and reporting.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years’ HR administration experience.
    • CHRP-K Certification and IHRM Membership
    • Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
    • Attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work across regions.

    Business Development Associate

    Aquantuo is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growth in Kenya. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term partners. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to expand our client base and strengthen Aquantuo’s market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across key sectors
    • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and outreach
    • Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships
    • Conduct market research and provide insights to guide business and marketing strategies
    • Support development of strategic partnerships
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery
    • Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
    • Train and support sales team members where applicable
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    • At least 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or B2B client acquisition
    • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or service-based industries is an added advantage
