    Van Sales Executive

    Responsibilities
    What You’ll Do;

    • Sell Chemicaland's agro-input products directly to agro dealers using a van sales model
    • Open new agro dealer accounts weekly
    • Drive cash and fast-turnover sales
    • Manage your own route, territory, and daily call plan
    • Collect payments and grow repeat orders
    • Work closely with technical sales agronomists to convert demos into sales

    Qualifications
    What We’re Looking For;

    • Proven B2B or FMCG/agro-input sales experience (van sales is a BIG plus)
    • Strong dealer network or ability to build one fast
    • Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and accountability
    • High energy, self-driven, aggressive, and commercially sharp
    • SME mindset – hands-on, flexible, no entitlement
    • Valid driving license and proficient in driving manual pickup

    Technical Sales Agronomist (4 Positions)

    Responsibilities
    What You’ll Do;

    • Conduct on-farm and agro-dealer product demonstrations
    • Support the van sales team to close deals in assigned territory
    • Train agro dealers and farmers on Chemicaland's products
    • Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence
    • Drive product adoption and repeat usage

    Qualifications
    What We’re Looking For;

    • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Crop Science
    • Strong field experience (agro-inputs preferred)
    • Confident communicator with farmers and dealers
    • Sales-oriented mindset (you are part of the sales engine)
    • Willingness to travel extensively
    • Results-focused and self-managed
    • Valid rider license and experience in riding and maintaining motorbikes
