    Human Resource Officer

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management (for those without a degree).
    • Master’s degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development (added advantage).
    • At least 1 year of experience in HR management.
    • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures in Kenyan institutions.
