    Junior Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct monthly stock variance analysis across all camps.
    • Reconcile park fees and ensure accurate usage reporting.
    • Post daily transactions, including delivery notes, stock transfers, and petty cash.
    • Generate invoices and ensure timely reconciliation of supplier and intercompany accounts.
    • Prepare payment vouchers and assist in filing tax returns (VAT, CLT).
    • Support monthly stock-taking activities and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
    • Maintain accurate records using SAP/ERP systems and Pastel Accounting Software.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Qualifications: CPA (K) or ACCA certification is required and Degree/Diploma in Business Administration (Major in Finance or Accounting)
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP/ERP accounting software is essential; proficiency in Pastel is a plus.

    Camp Manager

    Job Objective

    • To deliver exceptional customer service, foster a warm and welcoming environment, and oversee daily operations while motivating and leading a dedicated team to attract and retain customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
    • Handle inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
    • Maintain cleanliness and high standards across all camp areas.
    • Address guest complaints promptly and courteously.
    • Oversee daily administrative tasks and operational logistics.
    • Monitor and manage maintenance issues and third-party contractors.
    • Maintain effective stock management of camp supplies.
    • Train, supervise, and manage staff, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Implement health and safety measures and act as the point of contact during emergencies.
    • Uphold company policies, procedures, and licensing laws.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of managing operations in a tented camp or similar setting.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain high service standards while handling day-to-day challenges.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and operational protocols.

    Job Description

    HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

    Reports to HR Manager

    Our client in manufacturing is looking for a Human Resources & Admin Assistant who will be responsible for daily administrative and HR duties.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with recruitment and record maintenance as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
    • Manage staff files and records and ensuring all required documents are submitted accordingly
    • Ensuring staff data is updated in both soft and hard copies.
    • Manage general office supplies by taking stocks, making requisitions, confirming the deliveries
    • Employee contracts management as directed by management
    • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing set up
    • Must be familiar with ISO 9001-2015 Standards.
    • Background in the LPG cylinder manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
