Your Role
As Information Security Lead, you will be responsible for the information security and risk management program. You will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, management, and operations of security controls and systems to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of KOKO’s information assets and improving our cyber-maturity. You will also lead risk assessments, develop, improve and implement security policies, procedures and standards aligned to best practices. Technically, you will develop the Infosec roadmap in consultation with the Head of ICT and Infosec, design technical infosec controls and own the vulnerability management program. You will work collaboratively and effectively with executives and other departments including product, operations, software engineering as well as 3rd party vendors and organisations to meet KOKO’s security objectives.

The Market Research Associate - Climate will support the development of KOKO’s Climate function. Together with a small team in Nairobi, Kenya, he/she performs a broad range of activities that largely involve Monitoring and Evaluation assessments. Core to the role is to perform both qualitative and quantitative assessments of Customers, Agents, and local (Governmental) stakeholders. From initial data gathering (through desk and/or field exercises), to processing data with relevant tools, and presenting the data in standardized reporting formats.
You will operate cross-functional and work closely with the broader Market Research team as well as our Climate department.

The Market Research Lead - New Markets plays a fundamental role in developing the much needed capacity to determine the commercial opportunity in possible expansion countries.
Together with a small team in Nairobi, Kenya, he/she performs a broad range of activities. Core to the role is to perform both qualitative and quantitative assessments in new and existing markets. From initial data gathering (through desk and/or field exercises), to processing data with relevant tools, and presenting insights & data per requirements in an inspiring and convincing manner. This role might require travels to other countries as well.
You will report to the Market Research Manager - New Markets & Climate and will work closely with the broader Market Research team. In this role you will operate cross-functional, specifically with the Global New Markets team that is led by our Chief Strategy & Investment Officer.
