    Lead Recruiter - Employer Brand

    WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

    You will be part of our regional recruiting team, and you’ll have the opportunity to partner with internal clients to scope out multi-channel communications approaches that will support more effective hiring.     WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will help position McKinsey as an employer of choice within different locations and target groups. 
    • You will create and manage integrated communications programs and campaigns that bring to life the different career options. 
    • Your will reach and engage with top talent to increase awareness about the firm, build a sustainable hiring pipeline for the future, and drive applications. 
    • You will create authentic, on brand communications for our target candidate groups that brings our global recruiting messages to life. 
    • Your scope will also include overseeing the development of tailored messages, marketing materials, presentations and social media promotion campaigns
    • You will also share the stories of our colleagues using a multi-channel communications approach and will measure their impact through metrics and systems. In this context, you will observe changes in the market, research new channels and touchpoints for our target audiences, make note of current employer branding trends and candidate sentiment and preferences, and incorporate this information into the strategic planning and campaign creation. You will create assets (interview guides, job descriptions, photography, videos) that help candidates have a holistic and accurate view of our roles and interview process. You will support recruiting initiatives such as events for various candidate groups including Digital & Analytics, knowledge and solutions delivery.
    • As part of an overall scope, you will oversee our career pages, ensuring that as we grow and change, our people, the type of work they do and the impact that have is reflected. You will serve as a thought partner and advisor for recruiting teams looking for support in implementing and managing social media campaigns and/or any other channels of relevance. You will train recruiters and global teams on how to use our brand effectively while adhering to our guidelines. You will maintain and update our internal resource library as needed and be part of a supportive and inclusive team and will receive ample training on our branding guidelines, messages and firm recruiting best practices

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in a communications, marketing or (employer) branding role; familiarity with recruiting/talent attraction is a plus
    • Experience in a corporate environment, professional service firm or an advertising agency is a plus
    • Experience in creating and executing marketing/communications plans across several countries
    • Experience in content development and digital/social media platforms
    • Strong project management skills, and the ability to execute with speed, accuracy and efficiencyKnowledge of technology content, including the ability to create content across formats and platforms

    Professional Development Coordinator

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will manage end to end ownership of projects with integrated staffing and professional development for our People Operations team.
    • You will deliver the right talent to our clients while working with leadership to develop an understanding of client needs. You will provide coaching and guidance to client service colleagues on their staffing and professional development through understanding their experience, aspirations, and circumstances while always aiming at balancing between client, team and individual needs. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth mobilization and deployment of teams. 
    • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date information in all people information systems and develop these systems so that they are reliable and efficient. You will lead analysis and reporting of key staffing and professional development metrics for local office leadership. You will develop a network of staffers/professional development managers within the firm to facilitate inbound/outbound staffing assignments and ensure flow and implementation of best practices. 
    • Additionally, you will develop an understanding of client service professional aspirations, strengths and development needs or relevant personal circumstances. You will monitor consultants’ development and satisfaction to provide counsel on specific assignments and general skill development as well as guide client service people on development path, work-life questions and other matters.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of administrative experience ideally in a professional services environment
    • Interest and excitement for digital tools and fluent user of standard business systems (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Dynamic team player who takes initiative and ownership
    • Ability to work well independently, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally, collegially and comfortably with partners, consultants and support team members

    Sourcing Recruiter - Diversity & Inclusion

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will develop and drive the diversity hiring strategy from initial intake through decision for entry and mid-level individual contributor roles across core consulting functions in the EEMA.
    • In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies, build trust based relationships with internal clients and work to quickly understand their talent needs. You will determine hiring targets, develop role profiles and manage the end to end talent attraction process to build pipelines of underrepresented talent.
    • You will focus on hiring top diversified talents for our growing consulting function across EEMA, working with the assigned functional leadership team to drive all aspects of the recruiting process.
    • You will be responsible for turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion, identifying top passive talent through primary sources in addition to research, pulling together data from a range of sources including publicly available information and internal CRM. You'll also create ongoing reports and synthesize data to communicate progress and trends to the team often including partners through discussion, email, reports, etc.
    • You will have a great opportunity to participate in recruiting-related projects globally to set best practices. You will identify and recommend improvement opportunities. You will ensure diversity recruiting remains a team agenda item and will help develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4+ years of relevant diversity recruiting experience at a talent search firm within a talent acquisition organization, proactive recruitment agency or in-house sourcing function in a corporate environment
    • Experience in working in a partnership model with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders with proven ability to influence and generate impactPassion for contact with candidates and exceptional relationship building and influencing skills to proactively network and build connections
    • Demonstrated research experience and expert user of Boolean search methodology and other sourcing tools
    • Analytical thinking to identify talent market trends and to measure impact of campaigns
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working with minimal direction and proactively takes initiative within a globally dispersed team
    • Strong sense of ownership to effectively work on tasks, push them forward and drive for results
    • Ability to structure and prioritize own tasks and to stay focused under pressure
    • Strong team player willing to share knowledge and experience and ready to give and receive feedback
    • Optimistic and value-driven mindset; passion and confidence to work with people and willing to give business requirements priority
