    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting prospects, following up on leads, and converting them into successful sales.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Meet set profit targets and contribute to sustainable business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of quality services and seamless customer experiences.
    • Manage and maintain an up-to-date customer database and CRM system, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-up with prospects.
    • Monitor local market trends, gather competitor intelligence through regular shop visits and calls, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers by effectively communicating vehicle features, availability, pricing, and leasing terms.
    • Ensure that all sales-related procedures and documentation are accurately completed and compliant with company policies and regulations.
    • Oversee the availability and readiness of stock for sales and demonstrations, including conducting pre-delivery inspections and managing any required servicing.
    • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with advertising content, promoting brand visibility, and ensuring adherence to Simba Corporation’s ethics and integrity policies.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in agricultural sales, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities, with fluency in the local language of the operating territory.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
    • Strong planning, reporting, and market research skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Must possess a valid and clean driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned region.

    Parts Ordering Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure there’s optimal Parts stock to meet the customer needs at attractive price.  
    • Carry out Parts Scaling for new Models/Brands in collaboration with workshop.
    • Manage Parts order from approved suppliers and negotiate prices where applicable while managing delivery timelines.   
    • Continuously review the supply chains system that best suits the business needs. 
    • Support inventory manager to review from time-to-time stocking strategies in response to market dynamics. 
    • Develop and continuously improve systematic re-ordering procedures that optimize stock holding while minimizing stock outs. 
    • Develop & review policies, processes, and procedures that optimize stock levels both on depth & width. 
    • Compilation and timely submissions of Inventory and any other reports  
    • Account for all stocks including reports on stock/inventory position on a monthly basis. 
    • Demand planning, forecasting and efficient stock ordering
    • Meet budget objectives including customer service levels, inventory, and profitability.
    • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor 

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Statistics/Mechanical or any other related field  
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Auto Parts business.  
    • Conversant with Market research and information gathering. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
    • Excellent in Microsoft office with mastery skills on Excel & Power Point. 
    • Good record keeping skills and attention to details.

    Regional Parts Sales Representative (RSR)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular calls, visits, and presentations to both existing and prospective customers to drive sales and grow the customer base.
    • Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to effectively cover assigned territories and meet sales targets.
    • Demonstrate product knowledge by showcasing suitable solutions to customers and educating them on the benefits of using genuine parts.
    • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate closely with marketing, finance, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless sales execution and customer service delivery.
    • Collect and analyse market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitor activities, and recommend strategies to enhance sales.
    • Manage customer accounts by overseeing debt collection and credit limits in line with company policies.
    • Support the development and performance of dealers in the region and enhance their visibility by executing approved marketing activities.
    • Prepare and submit timely reports including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly performance reviews to track progress and inform decisions.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor as required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Auto Parts Sales, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of Auto Parts.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Holder of a valid driver’s license.
