    Field Marketer - Nairobi

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Field Marketer will be responsible for promoting the company’s services to owners and developers of apartment buildings, as well as to existing landlords facing challenges in managing their properties. The Field Marketer will be the face of the company in the field, driving engagement, building relationships, and securing new business opportunities.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including apartment building owners, developers, and landlords.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords through regular site visits, meetings, and presentations.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their property management challenges.
    • Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to promote the company’s property management services.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
    • Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, such as real estate agents, brokers, and contractors.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
    • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and management teams on client needs, market trends, and campaign performance.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

    KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

    • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, sales or a related role in the real estate industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Good understanding of the real estate market and property management services.
    • Proficiency in CRM software.

    Workshop Manager - Industrial Area

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing the whole workshop by ensuring cleanliness, safety and opening the workshop in the morning and closing in the evening.
    • Managing the drivers and mechanics.
    • Daily planning of work schedule i.e. breakdowns, repairs etc.
    • Ensure proper record keeping for all work schedules are maintained and kept (including records of all repairs, fuel, and expenses).
    • Ensure consistent communication with client and drivers on vehicle performance and if there are any vehicle problems.
    • Ensure up to date insurance of the vehicle is maintained.
    • Ensure compliance with traffic rules and HR policy in relation to handing of the vehicles
    • Planning the most efficient routes.
    • Performing truck and trailer inspections.
    • Reporting any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to the transport manager and managing director.
    • Diligently and faithfully performing the duties of your appointment and such other duties within the scope of your abilities depending on the company’s needs.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

    KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Certificate of good Conduct.
    • Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and traffic patterns is desired.
    • The ability to work long, irregular hours, and to remain alert and focused throughout.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Sound knowledge of federal and state laws that regulate the road freight transport industry.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    Horticulture Sales Executive - Mombasa Road

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Stay up to date with market dynamics in relations to managing inventories.
    • Establishing new business; products and customers.
    • Manage sales strategy, monitor execution, and evaluate periodical results.
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Conduct a sales competitive analysis of competitors.
    • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales field visits.
    • Negotiating contracts and packages within the company framework demonstrating and presenting products.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

    • 3 years of experience in horticulture or floriculture sales
    • Valid Driving license is required
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Exposure/experience to a CRM system

    Storekeeper Assistant - Ongata Rongai

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in receiving deliveries of supplies and equipment and properly label and store items in designated storage areas.
    • Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing supplies as needed.
    • Rotate stock and ensure that perishable items are properly stored and utilized within their shelf life.
    • Update inventory records in the school's database or inventory management system.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and stock movements as required.
    • Assist in maintaining records of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
    • Inspect incoming supplies for damage or defects and report issues to the Storekeeper.
    • Follow established procedures for handling and storing sensitive or hazardous materials.
    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas and workspaces.
    • Adhere to safety and security protocols related to inventory management.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Storekeeper or administrative leadership.

    KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

    • Form 4 or Certificate Holder
    • 2-3 years’ experience as a Storekeeper in a busy environment
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Swimming Instructor - Ongata Rongai

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensuring student safety while swimming, outside pool and inside the pool.
    • Instructing and teaching students in swimming taking into account the students’ abilities and progressive development.
    • Maintaining the swimming facility and informing of any necessary maintenance.
    • Organizing and overseeing any activities or assessments assigned by the sports department.
    • Assessing the progress of students and adjusting teaching programs accordingly.
    • Should be able to work with other schools to organize events, races, or matches as necessary.
    • Should be able to instruct children in impact workouts and stamina building as needed.

    KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

    • Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution
    • Must have prior experience in coaching teenagers, at least 2 years
    • Time management skills
    • Good Communication skills
    • Basic first aid skills will be an added advantage
