    Sales Supervisor-Solar

    • Our client, a provider in the sales and installation of solar products, committed to delivering sustainable energy solutions to customers, is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor.
    • As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing strategic direction, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.
    • Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness both on social media and ground leads.
    • Prepare, attend and develop leads from trade exhibitions.
    • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and installations.
    • Create Sales Orders received and handover to project management team for implementation.

    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales in Solar related products and Solar installation, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving results.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, If Zoho CRM it’s an added advantage and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Agro Sourcing Manager

    The Agro Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of agricultural products for the organization. They collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain quality standards while managing costs and mitigating risks

    • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to secure a sustainable and cost-effective supply of agricultural products, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
    • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with farmers, growers, suppliers, and agricultural cooperatives to ensure a reliable and diverse supply chain.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favourable terms while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure that sourced agricultural products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
    • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, such as weather-related disruptions, market fluctuations, and geopolitical factors, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in sourcing processes.
    • Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborate with suppliers and farmers to promote sustainable agricultural practices, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility within the supply chain.
    • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for the timely delivery of agricultural products, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
    • Data Analysis: Analyse sourcing data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, quality assurance, finance, and sales teams, to ensure alignment of sourcing activities with overall business objectives.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in Agro-sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the agricultural industry.
    • Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in fruits production & sourcing.
    • Strong knowledge of agricultural products, markets, and supply chain dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and farmers.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations in the agricultural industry is a plus.
    • Proficiency in sourcing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed.
