    Front Office Administrator

    We are looking for a capable and friendly front office administrator to work at our reception office. To ensure success, front office administrators should possess the qualifications and experiences listed below.

     Front Office Administrator Requirements:

    • Formal qualification – Diploma or Degree in office administration, secretarial work, or related training from a recognized institution.
    • Associate degree in a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
    • Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
    • Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems, such as Google Calendars.
    • Good computer skills and experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel,
    • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and Telephone skills, including fluent spoken and written English.
    • Proficiency in any internationally recognized languages i.e., French, German, Spanish and Chinese will be an added advantage

    Photo/ Video Editor

    We are looking for a competent and talented photo/video editor to take up responsibilities of selecting, editing, and positioning photos/videos in print and web publications. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with editors and photographers to decide on which photos will be published and ensure deadlines are met.

    Photo/Video Editor responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate with the other editors and the team members to identify photography needs
    • Review, edit and make necessary changes on photos
    • Decide which images/videos to publish.
    • Ensure all assignments are edited on time for publication.
    • Manipulate photos/videos to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools.
    • Stay up to date with new editing technologies.

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a photo editor
    • Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator)
    • Strong photo/video editing skills and excellent portfolio
    • Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, and color composition
    • Creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling skills
    • Time-management and leadership skills
    • Certificate in photography, visual arts, digital media, video editing and related field.
