    The Role

We are rapidly growing and seeking an experienced people/talent expert to manage employee evaluations, growth, and goal-driven performance/KPI tracking. As the Employee Achievement and Success Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy at our company by enforcing and driving performance-oriented and achievement-oriented culture through regular KPI and assessment tracking strategies and processes.     Requirements

    • Proven experience in a People/Talent leadership role within a start-up or fast-growing organization, preferably in the technology sector.
    • Experience working in an international setting with teams distributed across countries and domains.
    • Strong understanding of performance management strategies and proven track record of talent development and alignment around business objectives.
    • Solid understanding and experience in goal-driven and performance-driven environments, frameworks and processes.
    • Proven experience capturing and using data to analyze performance. Ability to set up necessary data-capture systems for effective performance tracking.
    • Excellent coaching skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and managing diverse teams.
    • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
    • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.

    Executive Assistant

    The Role

    As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our CEOs can focus on driving the company's growth and strategic vision. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage information will be essential in helping the CEOs stay on top of their priorities, minimize distractions, and make informed decisions.

    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events to optimize the CEO's time and ensure a seamless workflow.
    • Filter through various sources of information, emails, and internal communication, highlighting critical action items, questions, and themes that require the CEOs' attention.
    • Collaborate with the CEOs to understand their goals and priorities, proactively managing their to-do lists and ensuring that urgent matters receive immediate attention.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEOs and various teams within the company, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documents, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Support during meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on decisions.
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance productivity, suggest process improvements and implement tools that aid organization and efficiency.
    • Assisting with ad hoc situations and events that can facilitate CEOs' focus on work, including travel plans, logistical support and planning (e.g. dinner, hotel or event reservations, picking up deliveries or mail, etc.), and other random life events or tasks that may come up inside or outside of the office context.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior-level executives, preferably in fast-paced start-ups or high-growth environments.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, capable of distilling complex information into clear and concise summaries.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong working relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate needs, staying one step ahead of the CEOs' requirements.
    • Proficient in using productivity tools and software to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

    Emergency Dispatch Shift lead

    The Role

    We are looking to hire Shift Leads to manage the dispatchers while on shift and work with the team to achieve our dispatch KPIs. This role reports directly to the Dispatch Director.

    • Manages the outcomes and the performance of an emergency dispatch shift.
    • Review cases in real-time and conduct call reviews to assess compliance to protocols, incidents, and areas for improvement.
    • Lead shift handover with the outgoing and incoming team and shift lead. Ensures all shift handovers are documented and sent out through the right reporting channels.
    • Complete the dispatchers schedule and ensure optimum shift coverage with the right mix of skills.
    • Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating both external and internal training in dispatch
    • Assist with recruitment and assessment of new dispatchers.
    • Assist with performance evaluations for dispatchers.
    • Summarize results monthly in a management report, highlighting trends, any issues and suggestions for improvement.
    • Operate various communication equipment and technologies, including computers, radio calls, mobile/ landline phone systems, web platforms, and tools.

    Requirements

    • Team player with at least three years of experience in managing a team.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extremely customer-centric and able to deliver exceptional service with proven success in teaching others the same.
    • A strong process-oriented individual with unbelievably consistent attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities.
    • Very strong understanding and experience working in emergency dispatch rooms or busy call centers and operations management best practices.
    • Experience in leveraging technology with an ability to blind type at a speed of at least 35 wpm.
    • Preference is given to medical professionals with at least 7 years in the field or relevant experience, including nursing, midwives, paramedicine, EMTs, social workers, and psychologists. Other professionals from intense and high-traffic call centres, dispatch operations, and similar settings will be considered.
