    Trade Marketing Executive

    Job Purpose

    Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for creating new sales opportunities and supporting the business with activities that lead to revenue. Is responsible for planning and executing trade marketing activities across the company product and service portfolio in an effective and efficient manner.

    JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops, aligns and executes trade marketing and promotional plans that are aligned with the company’s overall brand strategy
    • Assists in managing business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, AFS, Marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities.
    • Works closely with Sales and AFS teams to identify customer needs, develop and execute programs that drive sales growth
    • Manages budgets for trade marketing initiatives, tracks ROI to ensure efficient use of resources as well as captures learnings on best and worst working initiatives
    • Monitors competitor activity and keep up to date on industry trends to inform trade marketing strategies (pricing, service plans, special promo offers etc)
    • Generates reports on trade marketing activities and share insights with relevant stakeholders; keeps tracking of running programs and makes sure they executed timely
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and contribute to integrated marketing campaigns
    • Runs constant evaluating and monitoring of existing trade marketing and promotional programs and make recommendations for future improvements in timely manner
    • Analyses both internal and external sales (retail and wholesale depletions, KMI and other available in market data) to identify distribution gaps, threats and opportunities for the channels
    • Assists in the development of annual trade marketing budgets and long-term strategic plans
    • Generates actionable insights from a range of data
    • Develop and sell concepts based on data and insight
    • Works with Demand Planner to monitor and improve accuracy of category sales forecast by channel/business unit, in accordance to the monthly forecast schedule.
    • Interacts with Sales, AFS, Customer service & Marketing regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, price changes, new products, POSM and others in order to ensure on-time and effective implementation.
    • Monitors and implements price surveys on selected competition (focus on Parts) to track and graph trends over periods of time, for purposes of recommending for pricing strategies based on information received.
    • Supports new product launches whenever required

    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • Experience in trade marketing field , 2 years, preferably in large scale or /and multinational companies.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs with KPIs achievement
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making, good numerical and math skills
    • Good understanding and experience in managing and reporting budgets, good commercial awareness

    Brand & Media Executive

    Job Purpose

    The brand executive implements marketing and media plans and initiatives relating to the brand and customers that drive the company’s equity and grow the company’s market share. Brand executive champions the brand identity throughout the organization.

    JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively participates in designing and alignment of the annual marketing strategy for ick and hub markets
    • Plans and implements media and promo activities such as digital and print advertisements, SMM activities, events, point-of-sales marketing etc. that support effectively the commercial objectives of the company and are aligned with approved marketing strategy
    • Executes new product or service launches, monitors launch thematic advertising, advertorials, media coverage and joint promotion with media partners and third parties. calls for corrections if necessary
    • Conceptualizes and initiates digital and social media creative campaigns through working with the assigned digital and creative agencies
    • Maintains relationships with creative agency teams, media vendors and promo agencies to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
    • Monitors progress of campaigns using various metrics and timely submits reports of performance
    • Collaborates with functional heads and other relevant colleagues in preparing budgets, creating special projects and monitoring expenses
    • Understands company’s product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.
    • Monitors ongoing brand campaigns spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and
    • Highlighting where variances occur. provides all related necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
    • Regularly checks the conformity of company and brands’ information in various media and printed carriers, ensures that all branded materials up to the latest brand guidelines
    • Assists in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
    • Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals, including those provided by external suppliers
    • Oversees that media plans execution happens in a most cost-efficient manner. constantly searches for cost optimization and new partnerships that can enhance better value for the company
    • Undertakes market / customer requirements surveys and generate regular reports on status
    • Generate detailed data on market segmentation, competitor analysis on pricing and promotion initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Generates of monthly reports on the brand equity parameters, digital strategy execution metrics, PR and other communication metrics.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline
    • At least 3 years’ relevant experience branding and/or marketing, experience in multinational companies is a plus
    • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
    • Training in public relations is an added advantage
    • Proficient knowledge in marketing software’s e.g CRM.
    • Computer literate, very good command of power point

    Production Supervisor

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assign work to subordinate staff
    • Ensure employees report work in time and start work on time as per the work schedules provided
    • Ensure quality standards are met during production
    • Planning work and workforce as per Kanban cards issued
    • Shift planning
    • Verification of production reports after every two hours
    • Verify and compile production reports and share with the production manager
    • Liaise with the maintenance team in case of machine breakdown, ensure the breakdown slips are correctly filled in and handed over to the maintenance team on time
    • Handle complaints and grievances within his/her department
    • Ensure discipline is maintained
    • Maintain safe and healthy working environment by enforcing organization safety standards
    • Interpret and ensure self and subordinate are in compliance with the organization policies
    • Ensuring production targets are achieved
    • Ensure there is flow of information from the management to subordinates
    • Ensure 5’s standards are maintained
    • Kaizen projects i.e. AM, SMED

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Diploma in any business or production related field
    • 3 years plus of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing firm

    Customer Relationship Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage the overall marketing strategy on how the company communicates to its consumers to generate sales, increase engagement and boost loyalty.
    • Define an operational roadmap of marketing communications according to the commercial planning input from the commercial team and customer insights.
    • Write and create engaging and highly relevant email, SMS, push notifications, and web notifications through a deep understanding of the company’s consumer segments.
