Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

• You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt ‘s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing the assigned outlets as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications

Human Resources Coordinator

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your associates/employees. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to assist the Human Resources Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Based within Stewarding, you will work with the Culinary and Food & Beverage Operational team to ensure the Kitchen and F&B areas are operating to the highest of H&S standards. You will be responsible for Steward duties, including pot wash, dish wash and general cleaning duties, according to the standards established in the Department Operations Manual.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

• The Stewarding department supports our kitchen and food and beverage team in ensuring all equipment and food areas and clean, hygienic and safe. As the Stewarding Team Leader you will be required to ensure the standards for hygiene in all food venues and kitchens.

• You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The Food & Beverage Team Leader is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times .
