    B2B Marketing Manager

    Job Objectives

    1. Manage the sales pipeline and source leads and client education.
    2. Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
    3. Ensuring client campaign satisfaction and frequent reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for Mdundo’s advertisement sales and revenue generation.
    2. Establish relationships with top advertisers and ad agencies across Kenya.
    3. Source leads, and manage the sales pipeline from pitching and educating to closing.
    4. Managing the performance of Key Customer Accounts in Kenya.
    5. Contentiously analyze, develop, execute and evaluate Mdundo’s ad sales activities.

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
    • At least 5 years of experience working with top Agencies.
    • Previous experience in Media Sales generation for the Sales team is a MUST.
    • Industry contacts.
    • Experience in PR and Events management to assist in generating new leads.
    • Data and Insights analysis.
    • End-to-end experience in the content value chain with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
    • Prior experience in proposal writing
    • Experience in managing and producing reports.
    • Experience working with content management systems.

    Account Manager

    Job Objectives

    1. Create sales materials and ad-product management utilizing Mdundo Brand Lift Data.
    2. Lead demand generation through direct marketing, content marketing, and brand building.
    3. Manage campaign execution, success, and client reporting as well as media monitoring.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for product development and management of the Mdundo Audio-Ads format and solution including Mdundo Brand Lift.
    2. Create sales materials and case studies clearly communicating the unique value proposition of Mdundo for Brands driving advertisement sales for Mdundo.
    3. Lead generation through growing engagements, online and offline, with top brands and advertising agencies across Africa.
    4. Assist the sales team with CRM management, growing, and maintaining.
    5. Contentiously analyze, develop, execute and evaluate Mdundo’s ad sales activities.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/BA degree, preferably (but not necessarily) in Sales and Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

    Senior Marketing Manager, Content & Partnerships

    Job Objectives

    1. Deliver departmental objectives by executing all content marketing strategies across key markets.
    2. Oversee and optimize customer retention, satisfaction, feedback, and SEO engagement across all Mdundo markets.
    3. Ensure recruitment of the right team as well as their motivation and development.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Propose, implement, or lead improvements to content marketing strategy, plan, and process.
    2. Content Creation: Manage content production for a variety of content formats: audio/podcast, video, and text.
    3. Content Distribution: Ensure all content is optimized to deliver users from search channels (SEO) and partner channels.
    4. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with strategic partners, internal teams, available resources, and agencies to plan, develop and deliver quality content.
    5. Analytics: Track and report content performance metrics and use that data in content-planning cycles.
    6. Project Management: Manage end-to-end development of content with internal teams, ensuring all production deliverables are met on time and within scope on multiple concurrent projects.
    7. Media Relations: Lead acquisition of valuable partnerships by leveraging media contacts.

    Qualifications
