    GPS Technician Coordinator

    What you will do

    • Provide leadership to technicians by showing them how installations are done, motivate them by addressing their issues which they encounter during installations in the branch. 
    • Establish a mechanism on how technicians will be trained on new ways of doing installation to avoid cases of devices going offline. 
    • Ensure technicians have enough devices during installations/re-installations to avoid delays. 
    • Attend to technicians on technical matters during installations and sort out any challenges. 
    • Train technicians on new methods of doing installations to reduce offline. 
    • Always hold meetings with technicians and come up with solutions on how to reduce offline cases and how to improve the quality of installations. 
    • Always ensure technicians have all the required installations tools 
    • Ensure timely submission of offline reports to your supervisor for action. 
    • At least once in two months to re-train technician on installations and approve his skill for future installations. 
    • To give or take away approvals for technicians to do installations work. 
    • To perform any other duty assigned

    What you will need

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in device installation, technical field operations, or related hands-on technical role would be an added advantage for this role.
    • Proven experience in supervising or leading field technicians
    • Strong technical knowledge of installation processes and device troubleshooting.
    • Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate technician competency and performance.
    • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
    • Strong organizational and reporting skills, including experience preparing operational reports.
    • Ability to plan, coordinate, and ensure availability of installation tools and devices.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to quality standards.

    GPS Re-installation Coordinator

    What you will do

    • Organize and coordinate work tasks to ensure efficient operations.
    • Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
    • Ensure timely execution and completion of duties assigned under this Job Description.
    • Maintain full knowledge of the company’s operations, structure, products, and services.
    • Monitor and enforce customer contractual obligations, payment timelines, and debt recovery processes.
    • Supervise team activities to ensure achievement of set collection targets.
    • Monitor, train, and support staff on the use of call centre tools and the company ERP system.
    • Identify training needs and develop relevant training materials for the team.
    • Allocate portfolios and distribute daily tasks to debt collection agents.
    • Conduct performance reviews in line with company requirements.
    • Engage customers and advise on viable debt repayment solutions.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data is maintained and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct coaching sessions, call listening, and call calibration for agents.
    • Handle customer inquiries via calls and in-person office visits when required.
    • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of debt collection processes.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.

    What you will need

    • Must have a Certificate/Diploma or Degree in engineering, business, Finance, Economics or any other relevant Field.
    • Previous experience in GPS tracker installation and maintenance.
    • Technical knowledge of GPS tracking devices and related topics.
    • At least 1 to 2 Years experience in a supervisory or recovery role.
    • Strong Leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
    • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and customer engagement skills
    • Must have high level of Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Should have a strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and call center tools
