Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and assist in translating them into basic cloud-based solutions.
• Support the design and documentation of cloud architectures under guidance, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Assist in evaluating existing systems and contribute to planning cloud migration strategies.
• Help in integrating cloud services with on-premises systems to ensure smooth data flow.
• Learn and apply cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Participate in maintaining cloud governance policies and documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with cloud architecture standards.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and solution designs.
• Support pre-sales activities by gathering client requirements and preparing basic technical inputs.
• Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and assist in setup and testing.
• Work with internal teams to support project planning and solution implementation.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Strong interest in cloud technologies and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with basic networking, storage, and compute concepts.
• Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Awareness of cloud security principles and best practices is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Interest in DevOps practices such as CI/CD and automation tools.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) are a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of project deployments working closely with the project management team and the clients
• Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet complex requirements of a solution.
• Responds to escalated client requests.
• Escalates complex problems to the relevant OEM support and taking ownership of the cases to closure.
• Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
• Acts as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
• Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the junior Engineers, in line with performance targets.
• Included in higher complexity design work, with input to the design expected.
• Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
• Engagement with clients on issues related to optimization of existing security infrastructure as well as on new solution areas
• Performs any other related task as required.

• Seasoned understanding and appreciation of Cybersecurity technical design
• Seasoned project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments.

• Seasoned knowledge of security technologies and understanding of managed services concepts
• Seasoned knowledge of security monitoring and management tools for performance optimization and troubleshooting

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
• Vendor certification is mandatory.
• CCSE / Palo Alto Network Security Professional / FCP / CCNP Security / F5-CTS BIG-IP ASM or equivalent preferred.
• Security certifications like AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM or similar Certification in different networking technologies such as CCDP Security, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSE, PCNSC, FCP, CCSA, ITIL, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Certified Network Engineer, Azure Administrator Associate, will be an advantage.
