    IT Support Specialist

    ​​​​​​Responsibilities

    • Oracle ERP Applications and Database administration, training and support.
    • ICT Projects implementation (Network, Security, Software, Hardware and Application Projects).
    • Ensure smooth operations of central systems and communications infrastructure.
    • Implement IT strategic plan in support of the company's corporate and business plans.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of systems and equipment at all times.
    • Formulate and implement the company's ICT policies. 
    • ICT Assets Allocation and Management.
    • Network configuration, Monitoring and Maintenance of Local Area Network.
    • IT Service provider selection and contracts management. Procurement of ICT equipment.
    • Support Senior Management with Online tendering processes.
    • Audio and Video Teleconferencing support.

    Requirements

    • Must have worked in a manufacturing Industry Set up.
    • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
    • ERP Deployment and skills on Support and Usage
    • CCNA course desired, MCSE or equivalent experience is required.
    • At least five years of experience in IT Support.
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of IT hardware/software
    • Expertise in data management and data governance. Agile project management skills
    • Experience installing, configuring, and managing both wired and wireless LAN, and firewalls

    Kitchen Ware Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly targets
    • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and retail outlets
    • Oversee and monitor performance of field sales representatives and merchandisers in the region
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategy
    • Coordinate product promotions, in-store visibility, and market activations
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales
    • performance, forecasts, and regional feedback
    • Ensure proper execution of pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns in trade
    • Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely reorders

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG regional or field sales
    • Must have experience selling kitchen ware products.i.e.(CERAMIC TEA CUPS, PLATES, JUICE GLASS, COOKING POTS)
    • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and reporting skills
    • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region
    • Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
