Role Responsibilities:

• Drive management of over close to Kes 8b marketing and advertising investment.
• Support in formulation of marketing business plans to ensure alignment to overall strategic objectives.
• Own and drive planning and forecasting of brand budgets and translate activity calendars into detailed financial plans
• In collaboration with marketing leadership teams drive allocation of advertising budget to various spend items and priorities
• Handle queries relating to advertising and promotions across the organization
• Support timely and accurate financial reporting of advertising spend
• Partner with the Marketing leadership teams to drive and monitor efficiency on spend in line with Global and local guidelines
• Ensure all activity costs are accurately captured by internal orders and the same do not surpass the budgets.
• Spearhead strategic brand investment using bespoke business tools to ensure both short term and long-term returns.
• Finance lead for strategic marketing projects

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree level with strong academic record
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
• CPA qualification
• FMCG and SAP Systems experience

• Field Technician or Installer is a service professional who affix and position equipment in a designated location and complete the set-up process so the equipment is ready for operation or can serve its service purpose of providing our services to customers. Their primary objective is to ensure the equipments is installed in a safe manner that doesn’t present any hazards while also supporting functionality to allow for the best possible performance. They review and explain operation and maintenance information to the user or customer. They will also provide ongoing support, maintenance, and repairs.
• Installers are required to have a minimum of a high school diploma and may have completed a technical training course. Hands-on experience installing and adjusting the particular equipment involved is preferrable. These roles are often physically demanding and may involve working in strenuous conditions.

Essential duties\ Key Deliverables:

• Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments
• Wear all identification, safety and courtesy equipment at all times.
• Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning of routers and service.
• Carry material and stage for installer at the customer’s’ premises.
• Educate customers about benefits and up-sell to customers’ add-on sales products.
• Maintain installation tools and equipment in safe working order.
• Educate customers on the features and functionality of installed products.
• Assist with the completion of tasks within the allotted time frame.
• Assist with parts, shipping, receiving and inventory as needed.
• Review paperwork with customers where needed.
• Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer’s premises.
• At times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain physically fit.
• Supervisors are expected to guide, coordinate and oversee fellow installers and evaluate and monitor the performance and quality standards of sub-contractors within their infrastructure boundaries.

General Description:

• This job will require daily supervision as tasks will be reviewed, assigned and agreed upon on a daily basis along with a quality assurance manager. Reports of works done with corresponding time sheet to be submitted on a daily basis.

Qualifications, Technical Skills and work experience :

• Diploma certification in technical IT or Electronics course with hands on training or qualifications in CompTIA A+ or Network+ or CCNA
• Previous technical experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of internet Protocol
