    Sales & Distribution Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and take full responsibility for the sales function in the Nairobi region. This will be General Trade as well as Second/Third Tier Supermarkets
    • Oversee and take responsibility for the successful launch and sales growth of the two new products to distributors and agrovets in the Nairobi region.
    • Oversee the Nairobi merchandiser function.
    • Deal with all issues that arise with Key Supermarkets that require Supermarket Head Office intervention.
    • Establish a new storage facility for products delivered from the Company and oversee and take responsibility for delivery of all invoiced orders to supermarkets and General Trade using the delivery personnel and vehicles. You will therefore need warehouse management and fleet management skills.
    • Oversee, control and take responsibility for all the staff under your control and within your region as detailed above. You will need excellent leadership skills as well as excellent communication ability.
    • The Nairobi region includes Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree
    • Knowledge of launching a new product into the Kenyan market would be an advantage.
    • Highly experienced, well organized and exceptionally self-motivated individual who has very strong experience in the wholesale, retail and supermarket sectors.
    • Must have good knowledge of insecticides.
    • Knowledge of the key supermarkets and the key personnel within each key supermarkets is a real advantage.
    • An excellent team leader, as well as a great team player.

    Advocate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receiving instructions from Equity Partners, Consultant and secretaries on their behalf
    • Preparing letters and documents for approval by the Equity Partners or Consultant before sending to the clients in a timely and accurate manner
    • Dealing with clients in a professional manner and establishing a productive partnership
    • Maintaining a File List of all instructions received, pending and completed.
    • Instructing and following up diligently with the Firm’s Clerks on all instructions given to them
    • Regularly discussing all matters with the instructing Equity Partner or Consultant to ensure the progress of all matters
    • Reporting any issue of concern immediately to the Equity Partners or Consultant
    • Working collaboratively with all members of staff in a professional and supportive manner
    • Reporting on time to Banks where appropriate
    • Ensuring that all original Titles and other important documents are placed in the strong room, after a schedule is drawn up and to be responsible for original documents handed over to the Advocate

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a valid Practicing Certificate
    • Must be computer literate
    • Should be proactive and self-motivated
    • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team.
    • Able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to handle pressure

    Tax Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tax matters and build strong client relationships.

    • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in tax planning, research, and advisory services.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide practical solutions.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to manage and develop a team.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • Proficiency in tax software and other relevant tools.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Sales Executive (IT Solutions and Security)

    Key responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed your set revenue and product target by developing relationships within targeted customers.
    • Engage with clients at a senior, decision-making level to understand their business needs, to leverage our Solutions to meet the customer’s business needs and to grow relationships with a longer-term focus.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a Sales and/or Marketing or a related field.
    • Must be experienced or have a qualification in ICT
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience in an IT environment
    • Proven Solution Selling or Consultative sales skills with high levels of documentation
    • Good marketing, selling and public relations skills
    • Proven over achievement of sales targets
