    Inventory Accountant – Karen, Nairobi

    The successful candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of inventory accounting for retail operations and other accounting duties. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory valuation, cost tracking, and financial reporting to support business operations and decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular reconciliations between physical inventory and accounting records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation using appropriate costing methods (e.g., FIFO, weighted average).
    • Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end inventory close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing detailed inventory data, documentation, and analysis.
    • Generate and analyze inventory-related financial reports to provide insights on stock levels, shrinkage, obsolescence, and turnover metrics.
    • Ensure all inventory accounting activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards.
    • Other accounting duties.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Advanced Excel skills required.

    Finance and Administration Officer – Nairobi

    This pivotal role combines strategic oversight and hands-on execution in financial management, regulatory compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in building operational systems from the ground up, and a keen understanding of working in a fast-paced, investment-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Set up and manage all financial processes, systems, and controls.
    • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
    • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
    • Work closely with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

    Finance & Admin Officer – Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly financial and management reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment schedules.
    • Post all payments and issued cheques on the system and manage suppliers and customers’ ledgers.
    • Prepare fee notes, deposit request notes, tax invoices, and issue payment receipts.
    • Carry out monthly bank reconciliations and prepare the monthly VAT schedule for the Auditor’s review.
    • Liaise with the Kenya Revenue Authority on tax issues and ensure filing of the managing partner’s income tax returns on I-tax.
    • Manage all insurance policies and office assets and ensure the security of the firm’s premises and property.

    Senior Sales Executive

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the achievement of the set sales targets to ensure the profitability of the Division. The Ideal candidate Must have experience in the Automotive Sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular field visits to prospect for clients in order to generate sales and gather market information to assist in planning and decision making
    • Actively follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from showroom, field activities and promotions to build prospects and close sales
    • Prepare sales calls programs for appointment bookings with prospective clients to facilitate sales plans
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to promote retention and generate referrals and new business opportunities
    • Consistently update customers on sales order progress, respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Liaise with Finance to ensure payment terms are clearly agreed and communicated to the customer, and proper finance documentation, to minimise customer complaints and enhance the closing of sales deals
    • Actively participate in promotional and customer training activities to market the company’s products and services to increase product awareness for enhanced sales
    • Provide information to management and the marketing team on market intelligence to assist garner information required to develop aggressive marketing and sales strategies for the MBPC brand
    • Support in the unit ordering process to ensure optimal stock holding at all times

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
    • 5 years’ working experience in sales in the automotive industry or Sales of products, to the Ultra-high-new-worth clientele.
    • A clean driving license with ability to drive both manual & auto transmission vehicles.

    Junior Accountant – Naivasha

    This role is critical in supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring efficient administration processes that contribute to overall business performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile supplier statements and manage timely processing of supplier deliveries and payments.
    • Accurately input financial data into accounting software, maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records.
    • Administer and track petty cash usage while preparing and sharing timely reports with relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and arrange supplier and operational payments in line with company procedures.

    Credit Control Manager – Nairobi

    The ideal candidate must have over 7years experience in Credit Management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with the invoicing team to ensure accurate and approved invoices are sent to clients promptly.
    • Set collection targets for Credit Controllers and monitor their performance.
    • Issue demand letters to clients with overdue accounts and follow up to ensure timely payment.
    • Manage and sustain client relationships.
