    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a technical or leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the real estate or general contracting sector.
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Project management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Technical proficiency in construction design, engineering, and execution.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Risk management and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
