    Clinical Coordinator

    This position reports to the Head of Department – Psychology, the candidate will be responsible for providing efficient clinical coordination and supervision services and also provide administrative services to the Department.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • An applicant must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related discipline
    • Experience in Clinical Supervision is desirable.
    • Have 3 years post degree working experience similar context;
    • Must be registered with KCPA or KPA
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Regional Center Coordinators (TCL)

    Regional Centre coordinators are responsible for the day to day administration of the existing centers in the region and development of new centers.

    The regions are: Nairobi, Western and Coast regions.

    Suitable candidates will be based in Nairobi, Kisumu or Mombasa.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • An applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religion, Administration or related discipline
    • Pastoral background is an added advantage
    • Experience working in a University context and with University Students is preferable;
    • Have 3 years post degree working experience in a busy context;
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work under minimum supervision

    Senior Library Assistant

    This position reports to the University Librarian and will be responsible for providing efficient circulation services to all library users

    Minimum Requirements:

    • An applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Library Information Sciences or Higher Diploma
    • Experience working in a University Library is desirable;
    • Have 3 years experience in a busy big context Library ;
    • Have experience in the use and management of e-resources.
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

    Senior Administrative Assistants

    This position reports to the Dean of School and will be responsible for providing efficient administrative services to the School.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • An applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Planning, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or any other related discipline
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Experience working in a University context and with University Students is preferable;
    • Have 5 years post degree working experience in a busy context;
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Have excellent writing skills

    Senior Lecturer

    The purpose of these jobs is to strengthen academic leadership and innovation in the Department of Leadership, Department of Psychology and Department of Business. All suitable applicants must understand and be willing to adhere to the PAC University’s Statement of Faith:

    Minimum Requirements for Senior Lecturer:

    An applicant must possess an earned PhD degree in the area of

    • Department of Leadership – Organizational Leadership or any other Leadership related discipline with expertise in Leadership and Management.
    • Department of Psychology in the area of Psychology preferably with expertise in Marriage and Family Therapy.
    • Department of Business – Business Administration or any other Business related discipline.

    In Addition to the above, applicants must have the following:

    • Have at least 3 (three) years teaching experience as a Lecturer at the University level in the relevant area;
    • Have substantial experience in developing Academic programmes;
    • Have successfully supervised at least three (3) postgraduate students to completion since being appointed a lecturer;
    • A minimum of thirty two (32) publication points as a lecturer of which at least twenty four (24) should be from refereed scholarly journals;
    • Evidence of active participation in departmental activities and good quality teaching;
    • Evidence of ability to attract research funding is an added advantage.
