    Receptionist (Print shop)

    Job Description

    Qualifications:

    • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
    • 2 Years' working experience.
    • Experience in customer  care.
    • 25 years and above.
    • Female preferred candidate.
    • Know of Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms(MUST).
    • Record keeping and basic accounting skills.
    • Experience in training marketing/ sales.
    • Attention to detail, Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in hospitality sector.
    • Capable to do field work.
    Responsibilities:
    • Welcome and settle in clients as their jobs are being done.
    • Prepare job cards and collect the design and printing cash.
    • Monitor and ensure usage of correct printing materials and specifications as per the orders.
    • Handle cash transactions ethically and financially.
    • Resolve all customer complaints and claims if any.
    • Do daily cash and material reconciliation.
    • Maintain the print shop cleanliness.
    • Office Hours- open the office promptly at 8:30 am and close at :6:30pm.
    • Maintain staff accurate and timely reporting and lateness or absence reporting.

    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    Requirements:
    • Degree in Business/Marketing or related Field
    • Between 20-25 years
    • At least 5 years working experience in a similar field
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word,Excel and Outlook
    • A certificate of good conduct
    • sales and customer support focused with good negotiating skills.
    • Highly motivated with excellent appearance
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
    • be able to work on own initiative
    • be prepared to travel and be competent to do cold calls
    • must be confident on the phone and have a good command on the English language
    • Needs to be well organized and well structured
    • needs to be able to compile accurate reports and quotations
    Duties:
    • Expand direct sales by increasing market reach.
    • Handle and maintain good relationships with high value clients and market the corporate portfolio.
    • Initiate sales through market existing products and inform clients of new products
    • Promote cross-selling.
    • Follow up on all inquiries given by the company and close sales as expected.
    • Report daily by email on your intended schedules and the outcomes of your meetings to your senior management.
    • You shall be responsible for accomplishing all tasks assigned to you to the best of your ability.
