    Technical Lead – Enterprise Digitization

    Job Purpose:

    • Lead Backend and Frontend Engineers (.NET and Angular) in building the enterprise solutions i.e. Branch Service Hub Solution, Newgen workflows, CRM, ERP.
    • The Technical Lead be responsible for managing a highly functional team of engineers saddled with the responsibility of building scalable Systems with no supervision.
    • The Technical Lead to ensure that project goals are met, and the solutions delivered are of high-quality and align with the company’s technical standards and strategic objectives.
    • The Technical Lead focuses on the technical aspects of a project, leading the development team and making key technical decisions.

    Job Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
    • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
    • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
    • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
    • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
    • Keeping up to date with technology industry trends and developments and adapt to new technologies.
    • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
    • Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
    • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
    • Perform code reviews and ensure high standards of quality.
    • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

    Qualifications

    Essential Knowledge & Personal Attributes

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • Requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the technology industry, specifically in software development or similar roles
    • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
    • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
    • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Using strategic thinking and decision-making skills to determine the technical direction and system architecture of projects.
    • Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, improving their skills and productivity.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the projects handled.
    • Experience with code reviews, documentation, and software testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the developed software.

    Relationship Manager - HNI Business

    Job Scope: 

    The role is responsible for deepening relationships with HNI (High Net-Worth Individuals) clients to optimize retention, business development, revenue and profitability.

    Job Purpose:  

    • Responsible for acquisition of new HNI business & management of allocated portfolio to drive balance sheet and income growth.
    • To onboard existing & NTB HNI clients. Build strong business relationships with aim of driving sales, service excellence and high level of client satisfaction that is mutually benefiting.
    • Work with EIB, ELAK and treasury to provide wealth management and preservation solutions to clients.

    Key Performance Areas: 

    Relationship Management and Financial Performance - 70%

    • To be the first point of contact for clients for the allocated portfolio
    • Proactively onboard and engage existing clients on the Group’s offering, educate on new changes in the bank/industry and share advisory communication.
    • Deliver deposit, loans, investment, insurance and revenue targets. 
    • Leverage the ecosystem opportunities across all business segments to target quality business and grow value. 

    Customer Excellence - 15%

    • Digitize and cross sell to increase product holding to a minimum of 4 (Save, Invest, Borrow & Insure)
    • 100% CRM utilization on service, sales pipeline and client contact program.
    • Ensure correct carding of clients in the portfolio with minimum utilization of 75%.
    • Achieve best bank in HNI Banking in the country measured by wallet size growth, customer satisfaction score and NPS rating.
    • Migrate transactions to digital channels – minimum of 60%.

    People - 5%

    • Team spirit and stakeholders’ management
    • Efficient management of resources to deliver timely services to clients professionally.
    • Training and personal development 

    Internal Processes, Risk and Compliance - 10%

    • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, legal, regulatory and any other governance requirements in acquisition and management of clients.
    • Comply with all the Group’s and Subsidiary policies and procedures.
    • Satisfactory portfolio audit

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree will be as an added advantage.

    Qualifications - Experience, Skills and Knowledge

    • At least 5 years Consumer Banking Business covering liabilities & assets sales and service/relationship management
    • Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
    • Experience in selling investment & insurance products and HNI clients management will be an added advantage
    • Strong business acumen.
