    Facilities Supervisor, Interior Designer

    Your Role

    This position is responsible for tracking and supervising Fit-Outs,  repairs and maintenance of assets in the organization. The holder of the position shall work closely with the Manager, Facilities, to ensure that assets are well managed and tracked, that there is proper asset verification and tagging, tracking asset accountability, maintaining a cordial relationship with suppliers, and supervising facility repairs and maintenance.

    What You Wll Do

    • Undertake design project from concept to completion
    • space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
    • Coordinate preventive maintenance: Flag and escalate any risk within the office in good time coming up with creative preventive solutions to reduce frequency and inconvenience..
    • Assets warranty management: Record all assets under warranty and their warranty period as well as the warranty terms. Initiate the transition of an asset from the warranty period to the maintenance period.
    • Assist in tracking repair and maintenance issues: Record all asset and facility faults that occur as a result of user mishandling, negligence and/or malice.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and Maintain effective relations with different stakeholders both internally and externally. 
    • Supervision of Contractors: Ensure that all KOKO projects with third parties are well coordinated at the highest quality. 
    • Responsible for maintenance and regular audit of all services and utilities including electricity, back-up generator, water and security and waste management to ensure there are no service disruptions.
    • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System requirements, as well as communicating any potential risks identified.

    What You Will Bring to KOKO

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or Engineering related field
    • Interior Design will be an added advantage.
    • 2 years of experience in facility management or project management handling Fit-Outs, Repairs and maintenance and interior design.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with facility and asset management software and tools
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards related to facilities and assets.

    ICT Intern

    Your Role

    As ICT intern you will be expected to offer support and maintain our information technology systems and networks You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

    What You Will Do

    • Troubleshoot end user issues
    • Carry out hardware repairs with support from ICT technicians.
    • Development and conducting of company wide device maintenance schedule
    • Install and configure software and hardware (printers,scanners etc)
    • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
    • Respond to ICT Helpdesk service requests
    • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
    • Setup and deployment of Mobile devices
    • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.

    Representative, Customer Care - KOKO Service Points

    Role Overview

    As a Representative, Customer Care (KOKO Service Points) you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the KOKO Service Points whose aim is cooker and canister repairs or replacements, customer education and other general inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

    What You will do

    • Conduct hardware diagnosis and repair or replacement of KOKO Cooker kits and canisters in the service point by utilizing the provided resources and the established standard operating procedure. 
    • Provide correct and up-to-date information about KOKO products to existing and prospective customers
    • Update outcomes of the day's interactions at the KOKO Service Point accurately 
    • Address customer account issues, requests, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Give voice to KOKO customers by understanding and escalating recurring questions and issues to supervisors, and provide frequent customer feedback to improve product performance and process efficiency.
    • Attend team huddles to review company/departmental updates while understanding any challenges the customers are facing to resolve them.

    What You will Bring to KOKO

    • 1+ years of customer service experience, prior interaction with KOKO Products preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Empathetic customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to challenging situations.
    • Ability to use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Familiarity with customer management systems (ZenDesk, FreshService, Kobo Toolbox) preferred.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Results orientation and comfort in a performance-driven work environment.
    • Positive, upbeat attitude ready to support KOKO’s customers and agents.
    • Fluent in English and Swahili with excellent communication skills
