    Travel Specialist & Team Lead

    The Group Travel Specialist & Team Lead is responsible for leading the tours operations team and planning, coordinating, and leading group travel programs for business, leisure, religious and educational clients. The role ensures seamless execution of tours abroad, high-quality customer experiences, operational efficiency,and revenue growth. This position combines strategic leadership, hands-on tour management, and international travel expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead, supervise, and mentor the tours operations team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
    • Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and best practices for international tours.
    • Monitor team productivity, adherence to service standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Handle escalations and ensure efficient resolution of client issues.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to design and promote international tour packages.

     International Group Travel Management

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute international group travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, local transport, activities, and meals.
    • Act as tour leader for selected international groups, ensuring smooth on-ground operations.
    • Liaise with clients to understand travel requirements, budgets, and preferences.
    • Coordinate with international suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and confirm services.
    • Manage visas, travel documentation, insurance, and pre-departure briefings for groups.
    • Monitor group travel budgets and ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after international travel.

    Supplier & Vendor Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, local guides, and other international partners.
    • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service levels to optimize cost and quality.
    • Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements for future tours.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Track lost revenue opportunities due to pricing, service, or operational gaps, and propose corrective actions.
    • Prepare reports on team performance, tour execution, client satisfaction, and revenue.
    • Analyze trends and feedback to continuously improve international tour offerings and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tours management or international group travel within a reputable travel agency or tour company.
    • At least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams.
    • Proven experience in planning, executing, and leading international group tours.
    • Strong track record of building client relationships, handling end-to-end tour logistics, and closing high-value travel packages.
    • Practical experience working with global suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners.

    Logistics Officer - Imports & Exports

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage import operations (primary focus), ensuring timely clearance and compliance
    • Coordinate export activities as required
    • Handle clearing and forwarding documentation and processes
    • Liaise with transport companies to ensure efficient cargo movement
    • Support logistics activities across regional markets

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in import clearing and forwarding

    General Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic oversight

    • Envision and improve on the boards strategy with a view to successfully implementing it on the ground by establishing a 3 Year Strategic Plan.
    • Drive and embed a customer-centric culture for our client, in all functions of service delivery
    • Lay strategy on the new growth & expansion paths to be taken by the company while cascading the same to staff by drafting and having MD/Board sign off Annual Business Plans starting with 2026 Annual Business Plan.
    • Embrace new technologies as bedrock in driving innovation, creativity and efficiency within our client App, while keeping ahead of other players competing in the market.
    • Passionately exploring new business opportunities, negotiating and closing new B-2-B transport & logistics contracts; overseeing the integration of new contracts within the company
    • Inform the marketing & publicity strategy especially on social media and other innovative spaces

    Finance & Budgeting

    • Oversee and sign off an Annual Operational Budget starting 2026.
    • Execute and monitor the Annual Operational Budget ensuring resource allocation for and including operations, staffing, investments and business expansion accord
    • Recipient of financial reporting for planning, tax reporting
    • Develop and maintain appropriate tools and processes to report relevant operational and financial metrics for critical decision making
    • Put in place matrices to review Business performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

    Build & Manage Teams

    • Build and manage motivated functional teams to deliver KPIs within appropriate organizational structure and aligned to the company vision and mission
    • Give direction in fine-tuning of Job Descriptions to align with HR policies and labor laws to ensure alignment of people and work so that the organization objectives are achieved
    • Development, implementation and evaluation of operational procedures and work processes and work flow charts
    • Providing an oversight role in establishing the correct safety and health direction for the company oversee internal control for safety and health to ensure OSHA compliance

    Transport & Logistics Planning Oversight

    • Oversee various Transport and logistics contracts, to ensure on-time and in-full delivery within Service Level Agreements.
    • Ensure growth of truck numbers on portal covering various geographical regions
    • Oversee resources allocation and logistics coordination for central planning, allocation of Track & Trace activities through our client Transport Network for all distribution needs
    • Drive sub-contractor/transporter recruitment and development, by designing appropriate on boarding, training and business support processes related to delivery of performance. Ensure the partnerships gain mutually with growth both incomes and resources
    • Build trust relationships and partnerships with key partners and stakeholders with an aim of creating valuable linkages and efficiencies for service providers and customers
    • Spearhead Driver acculturization, behavior change and proper training aimed at aligning them to deliver “The Qxperience”
    • Software Management – Our Client APP Platforms
    • Software development – Provide strategic oversight of software development to ensure our client e-commerce platforms remains robust, scalable, and competitive, including building and sustaining high-performing engineering teams and technology-oriented talent pipelines.
    • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements, translating insights from the broader digital and e-commerce landscape into strategies that keep our client platform ahead of industry shifts.
    • Client portal- Set strategic direction for Client Portal to deliver a seamless, secure, and value-driven customer experience that supports core e-commerce functions and strengthens customer engagement and retention.
    • Transporters portal- Oversee the strategic development of the Transporters Portal to ensure efficient integration with the core platform, enabling reliable service delivery, performance visibility, and strong partner collaboration across the e-commerce ecosystem.
    • Ensure the availability of secure, resilient, and scalable data storage, backup, and system infrastructure to protect business operations, customer data, and platform continuity.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience managing e-commerce operations across B2B and B2C environments.
    • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable P&L ownership and financial management capability.
    • Ability to engage and manage diverse client portfolios, including enterprise, B2B, B2C, and e-commerce customers.

    Revenue Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pricing & Revenue Management

    • Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
    • Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units.
    • Adjust minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions (e.g., Genius, last-minute,early-bird discounts, custom promotions).
    • Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets on all our booking platforms.
    • Optimization (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.)

    Improve listing ranking by optimizing:

    • Titles, descriptions, photos
    • Amenities
    • Policies
    • Review responses
    • Ensure availability calendars are perfectly synced.
    • Performance Monitoring & Competitor Market Analysis
    • Track and report:
    • Impressions
    • Click-through rate (CTR)
    • Conversion rate
    • Booking trends
    • Revenue per listing (RevPAR)
    • Occupancy percentages
    • Identify listings performing poorly and provide solutions.
    • Monitor competitor rates in real time.
    • Analyze local occupancy trends and events (holidays, conferences, seasons).
    • Conduct monthly benchmarking reports.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Work with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns.
    • Make recommendations to management on portfolio improvement.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 2–3 years experience in revenue management, OTA management,or hotel reservations.
    • Back ground in Data analysis/operation is preferred
    • Strong understanding of Airbnb & Booking.com analytics (impressions,ranking, pricing algorithms).
    • Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools will be an add plus (PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, etc.)
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data driven recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
