    Cinematographer

    Archer Digital is a digital marketing & advertising agency strongly focused on helping SMEs profitably acquire and retain their customers through Digital Marketing & Advertising.

     

    In their primary role, the content creator will work in the production team to create photo and video footage and bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story. He/she must be keen at storytelling, have a passion for detail, have experience in using different film equipment and in varying scenarios, work well from briefs, and apply research and creativity to put together great outputs. Your skills in communication and managing projects will be crucial to successfully implement different projects.

    Day-to-day responsibilities

    1. Bring expertise in filmmaking and current trends in social media and web marketing
    2. On-set, work with a variety of people to ensure all shots and footage are captured flawlessly
    3. Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
    4. Review the shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list
    5. Guide and work with the production manager, editor and concept mood board
    6. Consult with stakeholders from the pre-production to the post-production process
    7. Discover and implement new filming technologies to maximize efficiency

    Person’s Specifications

    1. At Least 2 Years of proven work experience as a Cinematographer
    2. Expert understanding of using mirrorless cameras
    3. High-level command of light and sound setups for video production, editing
    4. Creative storyboarding, script writing, and character development skills
    5. Interpersonal skills allowing you to direct staff, clients, and talent while on-set
    6. Thrives in collaborative environments, open to ideas while supplying knowledge-backed input
    7. Demonstrated knowledge in trends in web marketing and social media marketing
    8. Goal-oriented and high-achieving, you never settle for less
    9. Highly organized, able to manage various projects simultaneously
    10. Demonstrable video filming ability with a strong portfolio
    11. Experience with video editing is an added advantage

    Digital Media Buying Associate

    We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a digital media buyer. The right candidate has adequate media planning and budgeting skills to get the best ROI, ROA 's for ad spend.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing digital media campaigns across various channels (including display, video, social, and search).
    2. Develop and execute digital media plans that align with client business objectives
    3. Research and recommend new opportunities and strategies for reaching target audiences
    4. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and changes, and share insights
    5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet or exceed KPIs
    6. Generate post-campaign reports detailing results and insights
    7. Work with internal teams to develop creative assets for digital campaigns
    8. QA ad units and placements prior to launch
    9. Resolve any issues that arise during a campaign
    10. Maintain relationships with social team, design and production team

    Person’s Specifications

    1. Excellent communication skills
    2. A deep understanding of the digital media landscape and experience planning and buying media
    3. Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
    4. At least 2 years of experience working in digital media buying, planning, or a related role
    5. Experience with programmatic buying platforms - Google Display & Video 360, Eskimi etc.
    6. Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
    7. Familiarity with ad serving platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager etc
    8. Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform media decisions
    9. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    10. Proven track record of successful media campaigns that delivered on objectives
    11. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to problems
