What You’ll Do

• Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management
• Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years’ proven B2B sales experience
• Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Hands-on experience using CRM tools
• Digital marketing experience is an added advantage

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities
• Resolve payment issues and disputes professionally
• Work closely with internal teams to meet recovery targets

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years’ proven experience in debt collection, credit control, customer service, or a related role
• Experience working within microfinance institutions, money lending companies, SACCOs, fintech lenders, or collections environments is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
