    NPO SME

    Central Team NPO SME shall lead activity related to data analysis, problem identification and solution proposal for radio networks.  He / she leads optimization activity in terms of radio coverage, capacity, performance analyses with counters/ KPIs and other metrics. He/ she provides expert opinion on parameters fine-tuning, feature introduction and other optimization related recommendations.

     Your skills and experience

    • Multi-Vendor NPO experience (E//, ZTE, Huawei & Nokia).
    • In depth knowledge 2G/LTE/VoLTE KPI optimization for Multivendor.
    • Candidate will be responsible to facilitate internal co-ordination and management of different units for Customer Project Service Delivery alignment.
    • Manages client engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.
    • Knowledge of Radio/Core/transmission planning and optimization.
    • Rich working experience in 4G/VoLTE/3G/2G systems.
    • Understanding of end-to-end call traces of 2G/LTE/3G.
    • Experience on DT log file L3 analysis using R&S & TEMS analyzer.
    • To actively participate in field trials, feature implementation, deployment & optimization for TDD/FDD LTE.
    • Knowledge of radio network design, planning for LTE including nominal Cell Plan, traffic simulations, PCI/RSI planning, dimensioning, capacity planning and capacity expansion, KPI and formula creation.
    • Knowledge of RF design fundamentals, RF propagation behavior and Model Tuning.
    • Solid understanding of Network Optimization and Network Performance principles.
    • Analysis of eNB logs, TTI Trace using internal & external debugging tools
    • Knowledge of LTE radio network optimization and audit process which includes configuration audits, parameters audit, and radio capacity assessment.
    • Familiarity with OSS tools, reporting solution, counters & parameters and feature implementation for 4G networks.
    • Should be aware of all 2G/3G/4G Nokia /E/// /HU/ZTE software release Multivendor hardware configurations.
    • Experience in Optimization of LTE Radio networks to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.
    • Analysis of RAN KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems.
    • Implementation of new RAN features and tuning of RAN database parameters.
    • Experience on Multi-Layer Optimization, Layering, IRAT mobility planning, optimization and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with SON (Optimizer), Tems Discovery, NQDI.
    • To develop/Amend various guideline, process documents as per requirement.
    • To Operate in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness.
    • Experience in customer management and care to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently and coordinate resources to achieve desired goals.
    • Must be willing to work in different time zones.

    Senior NPO Specialist

    What you will learn and contribute to

    • Dimensioning RAN and eNB/gNB network according to customer requirements.
    • Design site configuration base on the traffic requirement and equipment specifications.
    • Recommend and Setting the specific RF parameters to bring optimum performance.
    • Analyze network performance based on data from OSS, filed and crowdsource measurements.
    • Defining KPIs and performance reports on network to be monitored.
    • Lead optimization team to improve network performance
    • Regional support toward 4G/5G trials and startup projects.

    Your skills and experience

    • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience
    • Experience in the Telecom Industry with minimum 7 years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization for LTE & 5G
    • Knowledge and practice of LTE(+5G) RF Planning tool and OSS tool
    • Deep Knowledge and practice measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, XCAL/XCAP or equivalent)
    • Knowledge and practice of Nokia RAN, eNB/gNB parameters and counters
    • Familiar with Nokia tools and process for NPO.
    • Having competence towards future technologies; 5G (NSA/SA/mmW)
    • Good Communication skill and Solid analytical skills
    • Strong skills in building Reports and Dashboards using Power BI
    • Good presentation skill
    • Highly motivated and flexible to work in any project

    CNS Account Manager - CEWA

Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Global Business Center (GBC) and Customer Experience team is seeking an Account Manager to provide in-depth Sales  leadership and expertise to, develop and nurture CNS Solutions and Services in one of MEA Key Group Accounts . The Sales AM will use deep software and solution selling expertise to position, sell and grow the footprint of CNS portfolio in the region, and develop trusted relationships with C-level decision makers.

    What you will learn and contribute to

    As the CNS Account Manager, you will:

    • Engage and build relationship with C and C-1 Level in our customer organizations
    • Strong background in fronting customer engagement in pre-sales/delivery role. Deep understanding of customer’s business challenges (not just technology challenges)
    • and customer business both consumer and enterprise.
    • Strong ability to get hands on with customer workshops, develop content and lead the teams across functions in a customer engagement.
    • Be able to understand the financials of the business and be a true partner for market leader in driving Order Intake.
    • Have strong understanding of sCRM Forecast Category and Sales Phases and brutal in ensuring pipeline development is on-going round the clock.
    • Have strong collaborative mindset and be able to partner with Market Services in all aspects of business.
    • Bring and maintain technical expertise in CNS CSP products and solutions and in Nokia end-to-end solutions involving CNS CSP products.
    • Lead CNS CSP customer facing technical engagements, understanding customer business, technical and operational pain points, requirements and KPI’s (use cases,
    • integration points, etc.) and provide subject matter expertise on complex cross-domain solutions.  
    • Develop deep understanding of key technology trends (standards, industry events, etc.).
    • Establish trusting relationship with customers C-level technical decision makers, to align on technology needs and roadmaps and identify cross-selling/up-selling
    • opportunities for Nokia and CNS CSP.
    • Lead discussions on technical requirements and gaps with Product Managers and System Engineers to ensure customer commitments can be met, during pre-sales
    • engagements and to make sure products and services roadmap align with Market customers’ long-term needs.
    • Lead technical discussions with other Nokia Business Groups and 3rd parties to provide adequate E2E solution to customers. Document end-to-end architecture
    • including Nokia and 3rd party products, associated interfaces and any adaptations needed, to guide the pre-sales engagement and offers.
    • Support the wider sales team including sales in CX in complex technical discussions and solutions/architecture to present to customers. 
    • Participate in periodic reviews with Product Managers and Global teams to align on Market technology trends.
    • Guide offer solution strategy (product and services) for complex cross-domain offers, working with domain pre-sales specialists as required, and leading transfer of
    • solution sold for deals to delivery teams.
    • Collaborate with the broader NOKIA and partners to design joint solutions and support joint sales engagements.

     Your skills and experience

    • Minimum 3 years of work experience in software engineering (product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering).
    • Detailed knowledge of products within Nokia’s or equivalent software products (OSS, BSS, SDP, IoT, Cloud Core etc.).
    • Intimate technical knowledge of technical knowledge of telco networks (Fixed & Mobile, IMS, Cloud networks) and protocols. 
    • Master level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
    • It would be nice if you also had:
    • Ability to discuss detailed technical issues with customers and management.
    • Strong interpersonal capabilities and customer intimacy.
    • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
