    Warehouse Production Coordinator


     Our client a leading Manufacturer of high standard chemicals services is looking to hire ware house production Coordinator; His primary duty is to oversee the production activities of a manufacturing company. He will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement plans consistently to reduce cost, improve quality, and grow the business.

    He will keep an inventory of materials to ensure meeting production timelines, targets and timely delivery to customers. Also, He will assess the progress and performance level of the manufacturing team and enforce disciplinary actions to promote safe behavior and attendance.


    1. Ability Guide and coach all production employees in regarding to operational excellence. This will be done by Identifying training needs and issues within the production team by providing continuous training support to all members proactively through monthly trainings, covering internal manufacturing process such as recordkeeping, sanitation, proper equipment handling, and labeling, SOPs, safety behavior training to minimize errors and maintain compliance.
    2. Responsible in training for all company staff periodically to help gain all team have a better understanding of GMP and continually improve operations or systems in place to ensure standards are GMP-compliant.
    3. Ensure quality of product being dispatched is approved correct.
    4. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following and defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations on timely basis.
    5. Organized, Self-starter with ability to self-manage and ensure deadlines are met - accompanied by verbal feedback and written reports as required – e.g., Ensure Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports highlighting all activities as per job description are done proactively, on time with accuracy to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
    6. Strong leadership skills Proactive thinker, trouble shooter and solutions provider/Problem solving skills.
    7. Accountable, Fast learner able to understand client structures, products and services within the various types of Markets and the customer’s segments client handles.
    8. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.


    • Preferred skills: 2-year Experience as warehouse production coordinator managing inventory in a manufacturing environment.
    • Previous Experience in manufacturing setup working in chemical & Allied industry will be an added advantage.

    Our client is a leading detergent manufacturer is looking for Technical sales and marketing representative to be based in Nairobi,Nyanza,wetsern and rift Valley regions.


    1. Submission of daily, weekly and monthly planner and expenses planner for approval on time to the management Meet and maintain set sales targets.
    2. Protecting your employer’s business at all instances in reputation, liquidity, operational costs and profit margins in order to ensure growth.
    3. Understanding the target market, the client Business Model and the client  way of selling value to customers with a view of highlighting our competitive edge through proposals focused on cost cutting for our existing and prospective customers.
    4. Submission of daily, weekly and monthly planner and expenses planner for approval on time to the management
    5. Plan and facilitate products trials, update on progress and on completion write reports on outcome of the same to both customer and management.
    6. Support supply chain processes such as stocks counts when planned
    7. Submission of activity reports after a planned visit to both customers and your supervisor at the end of the day and a summary for the end of the month
    8. Avail respective Safety data sheets and product information charts for products customers have bought. I t is important to ensure thorough understanding of client products and safety in order to relate to customers efficiently.


    • Preferred skills :2 years Working Experience in Technical Sales and marketing B2B or FMCG.
    • 2 Yrs Valid Driving License.
    • Profiency in Microsoft office suite.
