    Marketing Intern

    We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about marketing and technology. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing team to support brand awareness initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and content development efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing strategy and execution within the IT services and SaaS environment, contributing to meaningful projects that help shape the customer journey.

    What You’ll Do

    • Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media promotions, email outreach, and event participation.
    • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, case studies, whitepapers) that highlight our solutions’ value propositions.
    • Market Research: Conduct competitor and industry research to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for differentiation.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Help track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead quality, campaign ROI, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
    • Brand Consistency: Support the maintenance of a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all communication channels and products

    Qualifications

    • Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences.
    • Proactive and willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design and Customer Success.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Customer Success Intern

    We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Intern to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates eager to build a career in client support and success management. As part of our Customer Success team, you will learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Client Onboarding: Assist in configuring, training, and guiding new clients through initial platform setup and best practices for solution adoption.
    • Ongoing Support: Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems to relevant technical teams for prompt resolution.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather, document, and analyze feedback on product features and user experience to inform product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Graphic Designer

    We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. You will support the marketing and product teams by creating innovative designs for marketing campaigns, communication materials, and SaaS product interfaces.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 2-3 years of experience in a design role with a demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment.
    • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other design software.
    • Proven experience in both communication design (e.g., marketing campaigns, event branding, digital media) and product design (e.g., UI/UX for SaaS platforms).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including marketing campaigns, product designs, and innovative projects.
    • Ability to balance creativity with practical execution and align work with business objectives.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
