    QA Auditor / Inspector

    Job Responsibilities

    • The QA Auditor / Inspector is responsible for enforcing the Contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, policies, and procedures. This position is critical for maintaining quality standards, inspecting performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Quality Assurance Oversight:

    • Enforcing the Contractor’s QMS on all facets of the project to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
    • Conducting quality audits, inspections, and reviews during daily operations to evaluate the quality of work performed.
    • Monitoring and documenting all work activities during the Government’s regular working hours to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
    • Coordinating directly with the Quality Manager and ensuring independence from the Project Manager for reporting and oversight duties.

    Inspection and Documentation:

    • Performing inspections of completed and ongoing work to confirm that it meets all specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.
    • Ensuring the personnel carrying out inspections have the technical expertise and knowledge required for the work being inspected.
    • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of inspections, audits, and findings, and preparing reports for submission to the Quality Manager.

    Compliance and Training:

    • Ensuring compliance with documented quality processes, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
    • Collaborating with personnel to identify and address nonconformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
    • Participating in training and development initiatives to keep up-to-date with industry best practices, technical methods, and QMS compliance standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or QA-related certifications are an advantage.
    • At least three (3) years of experience in enforcing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in environments similar to the scope and size of the project.
    • Demonstrated qualifications, technical knowledge, and experience requirements equal to or exceeding those of the personnel performing the work being inspected.
    • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance/inspection processes and compliance systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality audits.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams, prepare detailed reports, and present findings.
    • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.

    Cashier

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle cash, checks, and other forms of payment from paying patrons, verify eligibility, and process transactions.
    • Collect payments in accordance with established meal rates published in the General Mess Quarterly Notice 7330.
    • Obtain required patron signatures and complete DoD Form 1544 Cash Meal Payment Book for each meal period.
    • Accurately document all cash collected during each meal period in the NAVSUP Form 470 Cash Receipt Book.
    • Prepare deposits and secure cash and equivalents by properly bagging and depositing funds along with the Daily Activity Report (DAR) in the MWR central cashier’s night depository or Central Cashier cage, depending on the situation.
    • Complete DoD Form 1131 Cash Collection Voucher for each deposit and transfer it to a designated Government account accurately.
    • Maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and reports per contractual requirements.
    • Perform routine checks on daily transactions to verify accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
    • Provide excellent customer service by communicating fluently and clearly in English with patrons, responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving concerns in an enthusiastic, responsive, and professional manner.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a cashier, accounting, or financial services role.
    • Proficiency in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining financial accuracy and adhering to standardized payment processes.
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons from diverse backgrounds.
    • Must be able to successfully complete and maintain all required training and certifications, including Customer Service, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid training, with annual re certification as required.
    • Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

    Cook II

    Job Responsibilities

    The Cook II is responsible for preparing and serving nutritionally sound, high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages, while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in a professional and welcoming environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Preparing a wide variety of meals, including menu items that require extensive and complex preparation.
    • Ensuring menu offerings align with nutritional guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Maintaining food preparation, storage, serving, and eating areas at the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
    • Providing professional and courteous service to ensure a satisfying and relaxing atmosphere for all customers.
    • Preparing complete meals according to the menu and ensuring all listed food items are available to the maximum extent practical.

    • Supporting in the preparation of snacks, fast food, and beverages as needed.

    • A minimum of two years of satisfactory experience in preparing and serving a variety of complex menu items.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the willingness and ability to complete mandatory food sanitation training (four hours within the first 30 days of employment and four hours annually).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple cooking tasks.

    Galley Janitor

    Job Responsibilities

    • The Galley Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley and food service equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment during meal preparation and serving processes. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Cleaning and Sanitization:
    • Cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment, including cooking utensils, serving tools, and machinery, in compliance with sanitation guidelines and standards.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive arts, graphic, and media printing services to meet customer requests and deliver high-quality personalized products, including:
    • Printing custom T-shirts.
    • Creating sports uniforms.
    • Engraving brass trophy plates and brass plaque plates.
    • Collaborate with customers to receive and interpret design orders and customer-owned designs, ensuring services are performed accurately and professionally.

    • Ensure all printed and distributed materials align with branding, formatting, and content standards for MWR marketing and Navy regulations.
    • Operate and maintain printing, engraving, and graphic design equipment to provide high-quality outputs and ensure consistent performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, transactions, and activities to provide timely updates and service status.
    • Provide artistic input and designs for marketing initiatives to support the promotion of various events and activities.
    • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while producing high-quality designs and customer deliverables.
    • Collaborate with MWR staff to support overall objectives and provide marketing solutions that enhance operational visibility and engagement.
    • Actively seek ways to improve graphic, printing, and media services by staying up-to-date with technology and design trends.

    Required Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, media production, or arts-related fields.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or formal education in graphic design, arts, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and relevant design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent programs.
    • Hands-on experience operating printing machines, engravers, and other graphic media production equipment.
    • Strong understanding of marketing and graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and branding.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact directly with customers and deliver high-quality, personalized designs.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
