    Payment Integration Executive

    What You’ll Do

    • Specify integration solutions that comply with overall architectural principles and a lean development approach.
    • Support the product owner in conceptualizing the best possible customer experience in the checkout funnel.
    • Draw on the PSP documentation to evaluate feasibility and identify pitfalls/blockers prior to integrating in the existing checkout application.
    • Support the project team in the development phase to ensure that the integration is smooth, architecturally sound and on-time.
    • Write tickets for the development team and specify test cases.
    • Act as first point of contact for the development team during the integration and interface with the PSP on technical questions

    Role Requirements

    • Strong developer background with previous experience of 2 - 3 years in integrating a payment or transactional API.
    • First-class communication skills in a technical scope.
    • Capable of quickly understanding complex concepts and systems and breaking them down.
    • Driven, self-managed & capable of multi-tasking.
    • Strong sense of ownership & able to apply lean business methodology.

    Head of Finance

    Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will oversee all financial management and accounting functions, including designing and implementing financial management systems, preparing budgets, and tracking expenditures, preparing financial reports, and managing the audit process.
    Further, the HF will work with the Program Teams to maintain good financial control processes to ensure a high level of resource stewardship and strict compliance with set policies, rules, and regulations.

    What You’ll Do

    • Ensure proper financial and procurement procedures and systems are implemented and maintained.
    • Coordination, preparation, and review of annual organizational budgets and supporting program managers in preparing project budgets for proposal formulation and budget ceiling revision approvals.

    • Preparing and monitoring monthly billing and cash flow forecasts, identifying financial needs to determine future cash-flow trends and develop early warning systems.
    • Providing training to program staff and accounting staff on controls, policies and procedures to enhance risk management.
    • Processing payroll and payroll tax for staff in different tax jurisdictions including in the present countries.
    • Managing local contracts for procurement of goods and services (including lease agreements) ensuring compliance with procurement policies and donor requirements.
    • Setting and monitoring performance standards for finance & regional administrative team and provide overall mentorship to the department staff, ensuring succession planning is in place.
    • Preparation and presentation of management accounts.

    About the Role

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, or economics). A masters’ degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Must have ACCA certification and be a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
    • A minimum of four (4+) years being in a senior-level management experience.
    • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, ERP system, and financial management systems, specifically QuickBooks.
    • Experience budgeting and reporting for donor-funded projects and knowledge in proposal writing.

    Blockchain Developer

    What You’ll Do

    Legal and Compliance Manager

    We are recruiting a Manager for our Legal Operations team. Successful candidates will have or be able to quickly develop functional expertise across all our Legal Operations services, have experience managing large teams, and be able to maintain a high level of customer service, communication and cultural fit with strategic customers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develops, implements, and monitors policies, readiness activities and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
    • Work directly with our customers to develop solutions related to legal spend management, technology implementations, and process improvements.
    • Manage the delivery of legal spend management services, and specific attention related to managing escalations and coordinating with our broader legal operations team.

    Role Requirements
